Answer:	As far as the towers go they are solid, especially after the structure is completely set up. I'm 175 lb and played games with my 3 children at once. After driving the ground tethers in and secured the entire fort it was even more sound/tight.We are very pleased with this playset.

Answer:	I guess I don’t consider it a sandbox area, the sides of the frame there aren’t very tall. You could dig out some ground inside it to make it deep enough for a sandbox though. It is rather narrow.
