Answer:	I am not sure, but they are pure cotton, no sweaty polyester, my baby seems fine. I guess it also depends on the mattress cover and if the mattress is breathable.

Question:	Is there any polyester on this or is the whole thing organic cotton? I am concerned especially about the part that goes under the mattress

Answer:	We got the size 5 for our 5 year old. He's about 38lbs & wears everything else in 5T so these were a good fit for him.
