Answer:	From the top of the support to the floor is about 17". Our skirt is probably hanging down about 14" since it is 3" off the ground.

Answer:	I believe they are artists' colors, not Cotman.
Question:	It's enough warm for winter
Answer:	If you remove the pans, then push the little metal bracket inward, it should require you to kind of snap the pan back into place. It should offer enough resistance to keep the pan from sliding around. Worse case scenario you could always use a little double sided tape underneath the pans, but just bending the brackets should do the trick.
Question:	My daughter is 13 months and 23lbs. What size would she be
Answer:	I've seen different pan´s wrappers W & N in this box. I can not expand my opinion because I have not used my last purchase. The plastic basket should describe the color code W & N
