Answer:	I have not had any problems with fit. I am about a size 16 or 18. I have the about half the slack still left in the waist band.

Answer:	My son was 25 lbs at 7 momths old and it worked with him. I used it up until he was about 18 months old. I loved the carrier but once he got taller, the carrier didn't go high enough on his back, so he would try to flip out. Of course he never fell out, but it just made it harder on me. If you are looking at a carrier for a 15 month id recommend the toddler one. I stopped wearing my son once he outgrew the regular carrier but i need to invest in toddler one.
Question:	What exactly comes with this 4 piece set
Answer:	The waist band is about 52" but they do offer an extender which gives another 8-9" which should work for you. If it's not available on here, I know BB&B carries it for less than $10
