Question:	My frame has broken even before using it ? Any way I can get the frame alone
Answer:	I'm not too sure if you can get the frame alone but you could buy another one and use the other pictures for like a collage or something just to suggested
Question:	how do I print hand and foot print with only one black Ink-pad ? when I did foot print its come correctly but when I try to hand print it didnt work
Answer:	There's enough ink for each hand/foot print and then some (mistakes/test prints). I probably did at least six to choose the best one. You might have turned the ink pad the wrong so the print isn't transferring.
Question:	Can you use other paper or only the pieces provided

Answer:	No. It really isn't quite that deep. However, Hobby Lobby has plenty of memory frames that would hold one. Therefore, Ebay would have them, as well. This frame is only deep enough for something about 1/8 inch deep.

Answer:	I am not sure why, but yes, it actually does have the "s" on the end of month and says "one months"

Question:	How can I get the recycling symbol off the plastic? It is seriously making the whole product look ugly
Answer:	It's just a protective film that covers the whole piece of plexiglass, please peel it off from both sides and you will have a clean plexiglass with no symbol.

Answer:	The pictures are square and i think 3x3 from memory. Not a common size I guess but I was able to find something quite easily that worked

Answer:	Yes, my daughter has her three hanging on the wall. I don't know what the hooks look like.
Question:	Please help: I got this as a gift and have no idea where to make an actual picture for this specific frame
Answer:	I used a my desktop and a Dell printer. I chose which pictures I wanted and pulled them onto the print page (small pix are about 2" x 1 1/2" the middle one is roughly 4x5. I cut them into squares and taped them to the glass. When you line up the pictures, make sure the glass is settled in the bottom of the frame or they won't line up right. Hope this helps. (I just finished mine today!)

Answer:	I would use a picture hanger not a push pin. It is a bit heavy for a push pin.

Answer:	A standard wallet size fits (2.5" x 3.5") the small frame slots. But as others have mentioned, the slots are small. You can get custom prints at smaller sizes of 1.25" x 1.75" to fit exactly, as well. Our local drug store photo printer was able to do this.
