Answer:	To be honest I use it for.my twins. I just write their first letter initial next to items. I used it for nine months and bought two of them.

Answer:	It has 90 pages so if you use it daily it should last 3 months. If you skip weekends or don't need it every day it will last longer. I used mine every day even when the nanny wasn't there b/c it helped my husband and I stay on track! Plus nanny could see what happened over the weekend (any schedule changes etc.)

Question:	Do the results give countries or just continents? I would like one that gives specific countries
Answer:	Just a general response to all the older responses to questions. All of the DNA companies are constantly changing their DNA results. The more people that have the test, that more data goes into improving the accuracy and/or improves the ability to be more specific. Therefore, just wanted to say, as time goes on, the older responses may no longer be valid.
Question:	Do you get both maternal and paternal lines with this test
Answer:	Not distinct, separate lines, no. But you do get those results, just mixed up. AncestryDNA tests only autosomal chromosomes; that is, non-sex chromosomes. These are the 22 chromosomes everyone has regardless of gender. That means your results will show both your parents' ancestry, even if you're female, but it'll be combined - you won't be able to tell which parent provided which country or DNA result. For maternal- and paternal-specific ancestry (mtDNA and YDNA, respectively), 23andme provides this testing. AncestryDNA stopped doing it in 2014 (see https://blogs.ancestry.com/ancestry/2014/06/12/comments-on-y-dna-and-mtdna-tests/). I recommend doing both AncestryDNA and 23andme for a more comprehensive picture of your background. And if you're female, ask a male relative (father, brother, paternal uncle) to do 23andme so you can extrapolate your paternal YDNA and haplogroup, since females do not carry the Y sex chromosome. Again, this is not available via AncestryDNA.If you are only interested in overall, general, "big-picture" results, and aren't concerned with specifics like which part of the world your maternal/paternal line came from per se, or your haplogroups, then AncestryDNA is the way to go.
Question:	Are these results on a par with 23andme? Are they identical or is there more info or less
Answer:	Depends on what you’re using it for. I took Ancestry and my sister to 23andme. We were looking to confirm our relatives not our ethnicity. We had way more matches and have been able to find common ancestors with other DNA matches. 23 and me is harder to sort through the matches and I’m not sure If you can even see other people’s family trees as i haven’t figured it out in almost a year
Question:	How many past generations does this test go back? Will it test going back a few hundred years
Answer:	That depends on your ancestry and the number of people of similar ancestry who have tested. Biggest group is European heritage. I have 6th and 7th generation matches going back to colonial New England because there was a good degree of pedigree collapse (genetic reinforcement due to small populations intermarrying) The majority of matches will be in the 4th cousin range. However, matches are pointless unless you have a decent family tree (at least 4 generations) and respond to messages because you will not be able to make the connections otherwise.

Question:	Is there a way to turn off the annoying glow
Answer:	No...the light is necessary for the pulse oximetry to collect data. Keep the hand under blanket or sheet. Try putting the hand in a sock to reduce glow.
Question:	How this one is different from Wellue Oxylink? Which one is better
Answer:	This is a tough question to answer as it is so specific to your context. If you are looking for something basic (focused on o2 only) the oxylink is probably your best bet (1 min data resolution). If you want more data and more professional analysis of the data, then the o2 ring is much better (4 second data resolution). When it comes down to it, I think the added battery life on the oxylink makes this preferable for most casual users. Only those that want to have more data and review data daily would probably prefer the o2 ring, which I think costs a bit more. I honestly loved the o2 ring but the battery didn’t even last 12 hours. It is absolutely required to charge it right before you put it on, in my experience).

Answer:	No
Question:	How long does the battery last and how long does it take to fully charge it
Answer:	For the first 11 months my battery would last one night but not two so I had to charge it every day, usually not a problem. BUT, DO NOT BUY!!! After 11 months the battery life started quickly decreasing to less than 2 hours per night which is useless since the first 2 hours my O2 level is always great. WELLUE DID NOT HONOR THEIR 1 YEAR WARRANTY. I've argued for a month with them and will change this advice if they ever replace it. It was great when it worked, but unreliable for battery.

Question:	Can you ovulate more than once month because ive been getting the both dark libes and some light but not too dark as a second line
Answer:	According to the CBE site, yes you can use the same holder next month. However, you have to wait until the test results clear (you get the peak result for 48 hrs, so you can't use the test during that window). The only thing they recommend against is using 2 different monitors during the same cycle.
Question:	when's the soonest you'll get a positive pregnancy test? Do you have to wait until you've missed your period or will it detect it before
Answer:	Mine did not come with a wake up stick. The app said it will need a wake up stick for the Bluetooth to connect the stick
Question:	How long until Lh surge is no longer detected or line gets fainter
Answer:	The accurate results are from your first morning urine. Later in the day hormones may be more diluted. The package instructions tell you to use the first urination after your longest period of sleep.
Question:	When is the best time to dtd once you have the lh surge? should you be doing it before or is it best to wait until you see both lines
Answer:	Full disclosure, I don’t trust this brand. However, day 23 isn’t THAT late for ovulation - if you had a period of stress or something that might delay it. My ovulation was five days late last cycle, according to an opk, and my period came two weeks after the opks ovulation. So I don’t think there’s a problem to get pregnant but realize your period might also be a little late this month even if you aren’t pregnant :(

Answer:	The time on your fitness tracker will keep the same with the time on your phone, so you can change the time on your phone ,then update the data of the app. If this doesn't work, you can try to reconnect the watch and the phone.

Answer:	It doesn't need the separate cable charger. Just remove the host off the strap and plug it directly to the usb port. About the free band, we put the black color fitness tracker and blue color free band together. The combination is like below.
