Answer:	Make sure the valve of the straw if pushed all the way up into the spot for it under the lid. And that it clicks when you close it. Those two things cause leaking on mine, but if those are in place and it’s still leaking I would return.

Question:	How does the toddler/child get the drink to come out if it's sealed? Is the mechanism similar to a regular sippy cup
Answer:	They suck as the lip of the cup. This sucking motion draws the fluid from between the poly lid and the silicon insert. It’s similar enough to drinking from a ‘normal’ cup; doesn’t engage the tongue or soft palate like a straw or nipple.
Question:	How fast is the reassembly? We are usually running for the door assembling sippy cups for daycare, and I need something that is quick and easy

Answer:	As in to sterilize? I've never used a steamer or steam bag, but I have boiled it as well as placed in the dishwasher and had no issues. There's 4 pieces altogether, (mouthpiece, screw on lid, silicone washer and cup), make sure you take it completely apart or mildew/mold can grow under the silicone washer. I found out about that and use the end of a plastic utensil to get the washer off. It's easy. But I assume that if you can boil it, you can steam it.

The plastic doesn't seem the type to peel and so far no cracks or breaks. (My child tends to throw the cups down on the floor from the table).

Answer:	I don't think so... you literally have to bite the mouth piece to get any fluid to come out so in my opinion these are not good cups. Your little one will associate drinking with biting so that if you use any other cup they are basically guaranteed to get torn up. My little guy couldn't get any of the drink out. I threw the cups away and basically wasted money on them.

Answer:	I couldn’t find anything in the description that says it’s BPA free.

Answer:	I don't know but I doubt it. I haven't found any water bottles that are totally clean. The straws are hard plastic. The lid is hard plastic. I suspect you could change the straw out for Silicone. This was a compromise for us. Small enough for little kids and their school bags, mostly safe/clean, and not glass. As compromises go, its pretty good. I hope you find the illusive healthy water bottle! Goodness knows the marketplace needs more of them for kids!
Question:	Is there a cap or lid to keep the sip mouth piece clean
Answer:	It's a silicone straw with no built out stop piece on it like the hard plastic reusable straws. There are flexible rubber teeth (instead of just a hole or flip top) in the straw area of the cup that slow down removal but don't prevent the straw from being removed all the way.

Answer:	No
Question:	Does anyone else have the issue having to suck really hard to get something through the straw?? Am I missing something
Answer:	If the liquid is significantly colder than the room, the liquid will attempt to escape the cup through the straw. So cold milk or water in a 70 degree room will leak/push out of the straw. Or slightly cool water when outside in 90 degree temps probably too.
Question:	Are the handles removable
Answer:	The age old question... always use Japanese rice (medium calrose) ... NEVER use "long grain" (too dry); use a rice cooker and follow the simple rule: 1cup rice to 1 cup water. I make 3 cups rice to 3 cups water AND then add a half cup water to make it moist. Now, when I say "cups" I mean that little rice cup that comes with all rice cookers (the one pictured in this add). Never lose it! Disregard any other "cup" options. When done, let the rice cooker "cool" for 5 minutes. You may put the rice pot in the fridge when it is cool. When steaming the next day, place rice in a glass dish or Tupperware, sprinkle water over cold rice, soak paper towel over bowl creating a seal and steam in microwave for 2 minutes.
Question:	I bought 2, and I don't know what I am doing wrong...liquid keeps coming up out of the straw after my little has drank some out of it, any ideas
Answer:	This is a 180ml measuring cup, so if you fill it to the top, it'll be 3/4 cup.
