Answer:	We have 3 and 2 of them click and lock easily, while 1 will never fully click and lock, no matter how much force is used. I think it’s a defect in some of them. It doesn’t leak despite this, so we haven’t worried about it.

Answer:	My husband studied this and we can't fix it. If you can tell your toddler to blow into the straw before they set the cup down, liquid shouldn't come out the top of the straw. But, a toddler can't remember to do that and he'll set the cup down and there will be a milk or juice mess under it in a few minutes. I got fed up and threw ours away.

Answer:	Make sure the valve of the straw if pushed all the way up into the spot for it under the lid. And that it clicks when you close it. Those two things cause leaking on mine, but if those are in place and it’s still leaking I would return.

Answer:	My toddler has not pulled the straw out based on how they made it connected from the inside of cup that you pull out from bottom of lid to clean. It may be possible if the kid has some good hand grip strength :) Cup good overall, my only complaint is that sometimes water comes up through the sliding close area around straw and then it drips everywhere until you wipe and clear out the straw n sliding closure area.

Answer:	I don’t believe so, but they do sell replacement straws, which is a huge plus to buying OXO brand vs. others, because most brands don’t offer replacement straws either. It is fairly leak proof (unless shaking really hard), so even if it is tipped back, they will not get anything out of the straw unless they suck on it. I hope this helps. If he doesn't understand sucking, then a straw might not be the most ideal option. We tried the avent sippy/trainer cup and it has a fairly large opening, so it would come out with little to no effort. It didn't work for us because my l/o sucks too hard then drinks it way too fast and gets sick- but since he doesn't really suck then it might be worth giving it a try.

Answer:	The Rubber Straw inside seal needs to be pushed open. Because it is made with a hot silicone mold sometimes theres is a little too much thin seal needs opened dont make it too big your just opening it not making it bigger. I push a huge a fork point called a tine, down in it and opens from the inside. Do it when you are washing it for the first time and you never have to do it again.. Just Grab that really big fork thats in the turkey serving set.. now it has 2 uses. To put together: put rubber straw in first, use small colored cap put the clip part on rubber straw in front of the line marks, snap the little hinge poking out each side down into the slot on each side. now close lid.. make adj where the cap clips on straw if you cant get straw to tuck inside. last put hard straw into rubber straw, that is where the seal is too!

Answer:	Personally, I'm not a fan of these since they took so much force to get the water through the straw, but I think if you jam the hard straw into the soft one hard enough so that you can see through the straw it should feed back into the top. You do need to push a bit.

Question:	Are these recommended to serve milk in? Easy to clean
Answer:	Yes, it’s easy to clean. You can take the sippy part apart into 3 pieces and wash with soap and hot water. You could put milk into it (I never tried) and the insulated layer will keep the temperature for a little while, but not eternally.
Question:	Is there replacement parts? Had the cups for not even a week and the rubber part that goes in before the plastic part broke
Answer:	I've messaged (on facebook) Tommee Tippee before and they will send replacement parts IF and only IF they have them in stock. They answer within a day usually.

Answer:	Hello - This cup holds 9 ounces of liquid.

Question:	what is the weight made out of
Answer:	No. I assume you're referring to the flap down lid, thats just so you can keep the straw covered if putting it in a bag/on the go. We never had a leak problem with this sippy cup!

Answer:	Never tried but as I don’t use my baby milk bottle in microwave and same for her sippers. I wash them in dishwasher though .
Question:	New cups come without measurements? I bought couple last year and a couple more this month and they come without the measurements

Question:	Where can I get a replacement spout? The one it came with shrunk after boiling
Answer:	I like this cup but in order for it not to spill the straw has a valve that your child needs to push on with their teeth or mouth in order for it to allow the limo to come up.

Answer:	I think the straw is wide enough but if there are any chunks, they could get stuck in the connection point between the solid straw and the flexible straw pieces.

Answer:	This is a two part straw. It's the wide oblong straw that attaches to the flexible short one inside lid. It's easy to take a part and clean.
