Answer:	This is just the cover. I order the navy blue. No difference at all from original it has the sipper to remove it and wash it. I loved it.

Answer:	I didn't read that it was waterproof. I know in general with their covers when my baby spits up a lot on it, I clean it a bit & take the cover off & put it in the laumdry. Usually there is a little bit of something on the pillow even if I didn't clean the cover a bit. It's not soaked though.

Answer:	I have both and I love this one. I fell like the boppy kept moving away from my body and my baby kind of falling in between.
