Answer:	I was 36DDD pre-baby. Now even bigger and these are small. Yes they will work if you make sure it’s placed properly right on your nipple, but mine leaked from heavy milk flow. The pad was soaked through even the waterproof lining. They also are very visible through a nursing bra unless you have thick bra padding on top of the milk pad. I like that these are reusable, but I am looking for one that is at least 6” to wear out and especially overnight for leaks.

Question:	Do these stick to your nipple like the disposable ones causing pain when trying to unstick
Answer:	I haven't had any trouble with that. However they did send care instructions which specifically state if you experience that to wet them with water and they will come off with ease. I found disposable ones to cause itching and these do not they are very comfortable.
Question:	What are the washing instructions? Do I use hot water
Answer:	We recommend machine washing our BabyBliss Pads on the cool water setting. They are made of natural fibers so we also recommend that you dry your pads completely on a low heat in the dryer. It helps to keep the pads in the washbag provided as it avoids unnecessary wear and tear.

Answer:	About 5 inches. They work fine for me as I have larger breasts (D-DD, depending on the milk load:)) but I would probably not recommended for small breasts.
