Answer:	You can do barbell squats and use a booty band at the same time. It can effectively act on barbell hip thrusts, help your thighs and buttocks, and make your thighs and buttocks firmer and more linear. The package contains an instruction manual, which contains detailed instructions for use. You can read it in detail.
Question:	Can they be used with medela pump/bottles
Answer:	Yes, these are suitable for beginners, but our x-light exercise bands resistance is 10lb, so not for everyone, if you don't have enough volume. Like almost all rubber exercise bands, they do roll up depending on the exercise you are doing and how intensely you are exercising, but it is not serious, we have improved the product for this problem, the amount is thickened, and it works well.
Question:	Has anyone noticed that the quality in these bags has changed recently? I just got a new order and side seams are crinkled & plastic seems thinner
Answer:	Of course you can use it for arm strength training.For myself, I chose Light One at the beginning to do expanding exercise, it really works. now I can manage the Medium One.

Answer:	No they dont come with adapters to pump into. I prefer to pump into bottles.

Answer:	I do it that way. i use tape to attach the tops of the bags onto the pump. i pump both sides at the same time.The 4 reasons i pump directly into the bag is 1-less waste, i dont waste/spill a single drop transferring from bottle to bag2-less work bc no bottle to wash out3-saves time bc i dont have to pour from bottle to bag or wash out the bottle4-less bacterial contamination because there's no transferring step
Question:	Are these bags pre-sterilized? I've noticed other brands of milk storage bags specify that their bags are sterilized and this description does not
Answer:	You need to throw them away. You don't want to contaminate new breastmilk with an old bag. Each bag is sterile before you put your milk in it, there's no way to replicate that in a home environment. Plus you never know if the bag quality will break down, after being in the freezer for a long period of time. It's safer to just use a new bag each time.
Question:	So are these reuseable or you throw them away after feedings? Seems like a total waste if it's the latter, and expensive
Answer:	I connect them to my Medela pump. They sell an adaptor for the Medela to pump into their bags. Medela bags are smaller and I always pump at least 4 oz from one of my breasts. So I just cut a slit in the flap of these bags (There is a double purple line that I use) and use the Medela adaptor part. Works great! best tip I got as a BF/working/pumping mom. I hated coming home after 14 hours and having to transfer milk and wash and sterilize bottles.

Answer:	I’m pretty sure they are. I’ve never heard of fake medela bags.
Question:	Will this work with Spectra s9 plus pump
Answer:	I used to either let it thaw in the fridge or run the bag under hot water to thaw it/warm it. If it's not frozen, you can put the milk in a bottle and then a bottle warmer to warm it up.
Question:	Do these adapters work with the medela personalfit connectors
Answer:	You can place these in the freezer BUT they do not lie flat. This was a problem for us because we store them in 1 gallon ziplock bags. Their shape meant we could only put in a few at a time. We then tried Nuk bags. They lie flat and we can fit many more in the gallon ziplock bags. You can see the Nuk bags here: https://amzn.to/2VQ6eED . However, the Medela bags are good. The frozen wedge shape just does not work for us.
Question:	Can this be use for Spectra
Answer:	I use the Spectra pump and I have the adaptor with the clips for the bags. I pump directly into these bags with that adapter.

Question:	Can I place these bags with frozen milk directly in the bottle warmer to defrost
Answer:	The way they are no. There is no where to attach the adapter. However I use a medela pump and I just used a hole puncher. I punched a hole close to where the bag seals, stuck the hooks of the medela adapter in those holes and these worked fine for me. I won't buy them again but it wasen't that big of a deal for me.
Question:	Just received the bags and it just came with plastic bag, no box or any other packaging. Is that normal or i am the only one received it like that

Question:	What are the dimensions of the bags
Answer:	Yes. They can be used with any pump/bottles. Please note that these bags do not have any grooves or do not come with a filling cup (which generally comes with medela bags). So, these bags are like simple zip-lock bags that can be filled from any bottle. These bags cannot be directly attached with the output of the pump. So, you have to attach a medela bottle to the pump and then once the pumping is complete, then you can transfer the breastmilk from the bottle to these bags. They are very convenient for storage though. Hope my answer helps you !
Question:	Can you pump directly into the bag
Answer:	I agree they are different than my last batch, they no longer have the middle opening in the storage bag to pull out the milk bags and I don't like having to pull of the extra tab. they don't open as easily either. Not sure why but now I put the bag over my milk container and then flip it because I don't want it to pour out when the bag refuses to open all the way. My side seams are ok though.

Answer:	Lots of problems with contaminants. Check pictures in reviews. Metal shavings in my 'steril' unopened bag!

Answer:	You throw them away. If you are going to use the whole system I feel its worth the money. The cost for 50 medela pump and freeze bags (which also get thrown away) is 15.99 for 50, the twist pouches are 17.99 for 40 so I dont feel like the cost is terrible. And I have no more dishes and no more transferring of bags and i need alot less storage since I only use 4 nipples and 2 "bottles". So for a few extra dollars, for me,the convenience and ease of using the entire twist system is worth it. If you only are using them to store, then yes they would be a waste.
Question:	Can these be pumped into directly (say, from a Medela) or is some kind of adapter needed
Answer:	I have the spectra breast pump and pump directly into these bags with the maymom pump adapter.
Question:	Can you put more than 6 ounces in them and freeze them without them bursting, leaking
Answer:	I would not use these at all honestly they melt under any heat source to warm the milk... If your child is formula fed I guess you wouldn't have this issue but I am still under the impression these need to be recalled.

Answer:	Dear Heath and Alyssa Miller. Thank you for your question. Our Lansinoh Pump Adapters work with some Medela breast pump models but it does not connect to the shield itself. The adapter connects to the collector kit part. Answer:	Empty and unopened, the bags are 7 x 4 in. (18 x 10 cm); thickness is negligible, since the bag is completely flat. When filled to 6 fl. oz. (180ml) of milk, the dimensions are 6.5 x 4 (16.5 x 10 cm); the thickness is 1.5 in. (4cm) at the bottom and tapers off to negligible at the top, which allows the bag to stand on its own. But it also allows the EasyStores to be stacked, saving space in the fridge or the freezer. See picture in the product listing.
