Answer:	If you do not trust the information given by this seller, as true and you do not have the UV Light testing equipment, then I recommend that you contact Philips that manufactured the UV Lamp used in this sanitizer and get their specs directly. The lamp used is a Philips TUV 4W G4 T5 and provides the UV Radiation at the values that kills bacteria, viruses and most other germs etc... Question:	why the uv c blubs need to be replaced every year or so? why not wait until the bulbs are burnt out
Answer:	We don't recommend to replace them when they burn out. Just like any other light source, the UV-C output will slowly diminish over time. UV rays are invisible, you will not see it, but UV ray output will be lower when the lamps are used compared to when they are brand new. To ensure disinfection efficacy, we recommend replacing them after a year if the unit is used daily. Having two bulbs also ensures disinfection efficacy over time because the UV-C output will double the single bulb version.

Answer:	Thank you for your question. Yes, silicon is safe to use with our machine. But we do always recommend you check with the manufacturer of the product if you have any worries. Question:	How does it compare to lumin for cpap gear
Answer:	I use it for my CPAP gear and I am a long-term CPAP user. I did my research and the Kumon would not work with my Airsense heated hose as the Optional Kumon billet device cannot be inserted into my heated hose. I love this unit as I can sterilize my hose and my mask and my humidifier unit all at one time. I use the UVvycke everyday and I wash my hose, mask and humidifier with a special disinfectant made for CPAP that I purchase from CPAP.com. I then rinse the parts and put it in the unit for a 50 minute heat cycle sometimes twice if the air is humid. Highly recommend. Well made unit.

Answer:	Dear Customer, You just need to put your CPAP hose inside. It disinfects by 2 ways: 1. UVC light: The UVC light penetrates the clear area of the CPAP hose in between the structure wires. It is also reflected back up from the surface of the stainless steel at the bottom. There is no dead space. The UVC breaks down the DNA and the RNA of the viruses and bacteria. That kills the viruses and germs. 2. Ozone: The ozone kills the viruses and germs inside the CPAP hose through 2 ways. First, the ozone is generated by the UVC light at 185 nm. The UVC light passes through the clear area of the CPAP hose, changes the oxygen molecules to radicals and forms ozone. In addition, ozone is generated outside of the hose with higher concentration. It passes through the CPAP hose by diffusion. The physics works that higher concentration will move to lower concentration with diffusion. The ozone gas also diffuses through the CPAP hose to kill viruses and bacteria. In summary, the ozone will generate inside the CPAP hose by UVC light penetrates through the clear area throughout the 6 feet hose. In addition, the ozone gas penetrates through by diffusion. Answer:	Dear Customer, Items that take 30 minutes including CPAP mask, water tank, CPAP hose, smart phones, wallets, keys, baby bottles, toys, hand tools, nail tools, dental tools, .... etc. The 60 min and 90 min cycle is if you think it is extra dirty and want to double or triple the cycle. A stainless weight bracket holds down the mask and the hose from floating. P4821-CPAP has a tank capacity of 2. 6Qt/2. 5L and tank size of 9. 6"x5. 9"x3" which fits a mask and a short hose, a heater that heats water to up to 140F/60C. It has a touch sensing control panel, a convenient power switch, a plastic basket to hold the mask and the hose. It's equipped with a 60W ultrasonic stack transducer which is two times more powerful compared to wafer transducer used on small personal ultrasonic cleaners. Question:	Where do you get the cleaning tablets
Answer:	This product is a pre-wash solution. Use about a teaspoon of solution in a bowl of hot water, then pour the solution into the hose from the bowl. Let it sit 5 minutes, then rinse with hot water. Hose is now ready for regular wash. I use ivory liquid dish soap for 2 or 3 passes, and finish with several passes of hot water for the final rinse. To dry your hose after cleaning, hang it over the back of a door and let it dry out for 5 hours. Shake it several times during the 5 hours to help the water move out. If still damp when it's bedtime, let your cpap machine finish it up. But 5 hours should dry your hose. (I use ivory dish liquid my choice, as it works well for me for the last nine years). By the way, you need to do this once a week at the minimum. The solution seems to make things even cleaner. I plan to use it on a regular basis. Its good to wash away that odor from new cpap equipment as well.

Answer:	Folks might be a little busy right now. When I purchased the UV-C Light UV Cleaner Bag there was quite a bit of info. Also, I wanted UV-C, 'C' being the important part for my needs and the 'C' wasn't the easiest to find, especially in this size. I wanted to get shoes, melons, etc., inside; not just electronics.

Answer:	Yes, it may be better to disinfect them separately. Because UV-C rays only travel in a straight line, if put them together, they may be blocked due to overlapping and cannot achieve a good disinfection effect. The recommended method of use is to sterilize separately, and open the object, sterilize it once for outside, once for inside. If can open the object completely and let the UVC light shine on its surface, then 5 minutes once is enough.

Answer:	I know there are specific sanitizers made for cpap hoses. Search for ‘sanitizer for cpap hose’, because it needs a whole on the side&lid for the hose.

Answer:	It should work on any solid thing. I don't know about the brush

Answer:	My opinion would be that it would work for the cpap mask. As for the tubing that has to be cleaned, I’d still continue to clean it the normal way because the led light isn’t getting inside the tube where the growth of bacteria can occur. It might reflect enough. I’m honestly not sure, but I personally wouldn’t take the chance.
