Answer:	We have only tested them for sanitization using our Quick Clean Micro-steam Bags, but don't recommend they be used with any electric sterilizers. Breast milk can be defrosted in the fridge, normally in around 12 hours. Alternatively, hold the bottle or bag of frozen milk under warm running water (a maximum of 37 °C or 99 °F). You'll want to ensure not to leave frozen breast milk to defrost at room temperature. Have a great day!

Answer:	I have a Spectra from 2014..I am not sure what size flange. I can get the "standard" adapter to sort of work. The adapter is the same size, the the threading is at a different rate-- so that means it will begin to screw on but not quite line up. I am able to pump into it- but if I put it on its side, it is not an airtight seal so liquid will drip out.

A younger baby would start with stage 1 (slow flow) and then as the child gets older you can move on to stage 2 (medium flow) etc. don’t start the young baby off with 2 or 3. It’s too fast for them. You don’t want baby to choke.
