Answer:	I would use a level 2. My daughter is almost 9 months old so we are on 3 and 4 but 2 would be good. Make sure you use enough water as well. I add the oz of water first and then add the formula. My husband always puts the formula in first but then if you fill the bottle to the 4 or 6 oz mark (depending on how much you make), it's too thick and won't mix right or come out the nipple.

Answer:	This is the 3rd box I have purchased and received. Each one I would say has a good 6 to 9 months expiration date from when received. I actually give these for snacks for my 3 and 4 year old boys who love them. So they don't last too long in my house.
