Answer:	It's GROSS NOW!!!! I don't know what they did to it (new great taste on packaging), but it's not "great", it's horrible. It used to melt nice and creamy (similar to velveeta, or cheese whiz). Answer:	According to their website: Babies need carbohydrates for energy in order to grow. The most abundant carbohydrate in breast milk is lactose. Pure Bliss by Similac Infant Formula has lactose and does not contain corn syrup solids or glucose syrup solids as a source of carbohydrate. As far as prebiotics, I doubt it. I put my own prebiotic in the formula and mix it in.
