Question:	Reviews of a different model mentions the "squish effect" when depositing the diaper in the narrow opening of the diaper pail. Is this an issue
Answer:	Old question but answering for anyone curious: yes, you have to push soiled diapers through the narrow opening. However, this hasn't caused us to get anything gross on our fingers or caused a struggle. My kid is very big for her age and wears size 7 Pampers. I take off dirty diapers and tightly wrap the sides around the diaper to make it very compact. The only time we have an issue is with her AM diaper that she wore to bed because it's fully saturated with pee, so it can be weird getting through the hole. Sometimes I'll let toss that one into the kitchen trash because I empty the kitchen trash daily so one pee diaper isn't going to cause a stench.
Question:	what is the pail made of plastic or steel
Answer:	It's plastic. The 'metallic' parts are silver plastic. It's super easy to clean.
Question:	Does the pail come with bags
Answer:	It comes with a few--maybe 5 or so? But you will need refills very soon.

Answer:	It is fairly easy to get diapers in especially if you wrap them. The key to not getting it on your hands is to empty the pail when it gets full. It is easy to overfill it with the arm and hammer extension bags.

Question:	Can a one armed person remove, seal and toss a full bag? Can a one armed person load and use this pail
Answer:	Yes, I think so. I do love it and it doesn’t smell at all; however, I wish I would have paid a bit more to get the foot touch open one. The model I got is the one you do have to open manually, which would be possible with one hand, but not as convenient.

Answer:	LOL! I cut the bags and tied them for the longest time! My boyfriend realized that's how I do it, laughed at me, and showed me the cutting edge on the pail itself.

Answer:	I've used them in the original pail. It works but I feel like the lid didn't completely shut (just a small hair of an amount). They aren't meant for the original but you could definitely make it work. I've done it before

Answer:	Good Afternoon, the Munchkin Puck Baking Soda Cartridge Powered by Arm & Hammer does twist onto the top of the Pail/Step.
Question:	Are there unscented versions of this puck? Or can you dump out the stinky baking soda and replace with plain
Answer:	When I don't want to spend $5 for a new puck, I replace it with new baking soda. I take 2 layers of dryer sheets and pour a pile of baking soda then fold it so it fits in the puck. It does leak a bit, after opening and closing the pail a bunch of times and I have to change it quicker than a new puck. I like these though and buy one when I don't mind spending $5.
Question:	Can use Arm and Hammer pucks be refilled
Answer:	No refills you have to buy a brand new one
Question:	Is the lavender scent naturally-derived/synthetic, mild/strong? I'm somewhat sensitive to synthetic fragrances, but no problem w/natural lavender
Answer:	If you have a problem with synthetic fragrances then my suggestion for you would be to get some baking soda and lavender essential oil, put a half of cup of baking soda in a small Tupperware bowl, then put a couple of drops of lavender essential oil. Shake it up, then poke holes in the top of the Tupperware bowl and put it at the bottom of your diaper pail. This way you know for sure that it won't bother you and you can make it has many times as you want. The baking soda and Tupperware bowl you can get from the dollar store. The essential oil you can get from Amazon, Wholefoods or any health for store you shop at. Hope this helps.

Answer:	The Chicco Nextfit will fit in the Brica cover seat guard. Place the car seat in the #9 position and lower the head rest all the way down.
Question:	How do the bags seal
Answer:	Yes! It fits perfectly, just remember to set the car seat to the most upright position before putting it into the bag. If reclined, the zipper won't zip all the way.

Answer:	As the picture shows its a cover for the car seat. It doesn't affect anything with the seat you can still hook the car seat to the base in your car. I haven't taken my cover off since buying it and we've been all over the place in the car and stroller etc

Answer:	The bags are pretty big. Depending on the size of the adult diaper, it’s definitely possible. I’ve fit 2 diapers and wipes into one bag with room left to tie it off.

Answer:	Don't know if they will fit in the travel genie, but I can tell you the dimensions. They are an 11x13 inch rectangle with about an 8 inch circumference opening. The bottom of the bag is gathered. They are very sturdy. I really like them!

Question:	Do they adhere? I'm looking to put them on my lid
Answer:	Exactly 2 inches in diameter by 11/16 inch thick. Disassembled they contain a porous bag that fits perfectly in the 2x2x3/8 deodorant container inside my 12.4 Gal Costco motion sensitive trash can (too bad A&H doesn't sell the bags separately!).
Question:	What are the dimensions of the individual disks
Answer:	they are in a little pouch, but no I don't think they can be refilled, but for your info they last for a very very long time. I love these little disks mine are used in a diaper pail that I use for my dogs reusable potty pads and you would never know they were in the room. And when I need to change one I put the pouch in the wash with the potty pads and the odor is gone instantly. I have used these for more then 5 years and have bought only about 3 packs so far, like I said they really last a long time.
Question:	Can you refill these discs? In other words can you unscrew the top and refill with baking soda once the scent and deodorizing effect wears off
Answer:	"It is for absorbing odors, it is not supposed to release a scent. The 'Lavender' and 'Citrus' etc. are referring to the colors but the unit does not actually release a scent..."?! That is ludicrous. Then why does the title say "...Assorted Scents of Lavender or Citrus..."? If they indeed have no scent, I would return them immediately for violating their clearly stated description.
