Answer:	These run a bit bigger than alva baby diapers so they will fit babies longer. They are similar in sturdiness so far (2 months). Another difference is that the insert is a bit thinner than alva baby. But I like that this gives a trimer fit. Plus, I can double up on inserts or swap out the inserts no problem.

Answer:	You "DO NOT" re-use pocket diapers untill it's been washed. These diapers are pockets. It has a layer that has pee on it and unlike a COVER it can't be wiped clean it has to be washed.

Answer:	The cover itself are lined with plastic so that the diaper won't leak, so in that regard, it is not 100% breathable. I have been using these with my baby for the past 2 months and lately, I noticed my baby boy is having serious rashes in his bum as well as his frontal area (including his actual penis). We change him every 2 hours and right away if he pooped. Have tried extra rinsing, steaming and multiple washes but he is still getting serious rashes. Haven't tried stripping yet but so far, this has given him rashes which he never had when he was still on disposables.

Answer:	Yes you can, cloth diapers or "swim Diapers" are usually the only type of diaper public pools allow you to use. The diaper shell does not soak up water (and break down) like disposables will (which the other answer seems to possibly confuse cloth with maybe??). How do I wash the Happy Nappy?

USE

• Adjust the rise setting that fits your baby best.
• Stuff the insert into the pocket. If in the snap-down position, the fold should go in front for boys and back for girls. For overnight use, you may include additional inserts or doublers for extra absorbency.
• Wrap both wings to the front and fasten securely, leaving no gaps around your baby's legs.

IMPORTANT: Nobody wants a cloth diaper to leak. 99% of the time a leak is due to fit, too long between changes or not enough absorbency. As you know, babies come in all different shapes and sizes. So you might need to change more frequently at first to avoid any leaks.

WASH

Before First Use: Wash all diapers and inserts hot (104F/40C max) at least once before use, using a cloth diaper safe detergent. Wash new bamboo products hot with detergent 3-4 times to bring them to maximum absorbency. No drying is needed between washes.

Dirty Storage: Store in a dry pail.

Wash: Shake off poop into the toilet. Cold pre-wash, no detergent. Wash hot (104F/40C max) with detergent. Extra rinse. No laundry additives. Line dry or tumble dry low. No bleach. No fabric softener.

Tips: Mama Koala recommends a minimum of 24 diapers to cloth diaper full time. Change your baby's diaper every 2-3 hours. We recommend washing every 1-2 days.
