Question:	How deep (front to back) is the seat? I have an extended pick up truck so need something no more than 18 inches deep to fit in my backseat

Answer:	With the cup holders extended it is approximately 23". When they are stored it measures almost 18" at the front of the seat. 15" in the back.

Answer:	I can’t give you the exact rating but we really looked into it when we bought it. We looked up on consumer reports and it was a higher rank to seat. It’s been one of my more favorite car seats in all the ones we have owned.
