Answer:	I'm not the law and I only know this from having lived in the U.S. for the past nearly 20 years; don't know exactly for what purpose you would want to put a child in a booster seat in the front passenger seat. According to the passenger restrictions and requirement of motorized vehicle, where a child needs to be on a restrain and the department of motor vehicle, children under the age of 12 and under 4'11" can't seat in the front passenger seat.

Answer:	I don't think they come off, no. But the good thing is that you can push them in if you don't need them, even one at the time.

Answer:	According to the specs it's 16.25" wide. The actual width without pressing the seat cushion in is around 16.5"

Answer:	Yikes! I had all 3 of my children in a 5 point rear facing until 2, and 5 point front facing latch until 5. A 10 month old is far too tiny for less than 5 point harness for many years, please choose safety not price.

Answer:	It is MUCH simpler to latch and unlatch than a normal harness car seat. Also, it is not absolutely necessary to use the latch system (I believe I read this in the instructions), because the latch system is just there to keep the booster in place when a child is not sitting in it with the seat belt on.

Answer:	No. My grandson's head is supported from the side. But I suppose it could fall forward....

Answer:	My 6 yr old granddaughter is using it and there is plenty of room. We use it with the shoulder/lap belt combined. I wouldn't use any booster with just the lap belt.

Question:	How does the shoulder belt clip work? It it attached to the seat somehow
Answer:	The red belt clip is adhered to the rear of the Chicco GoFit Booster seat using a web fabric strap. The clip attaches to the vehicle shoulder strap using the open slot in the clip. The instructions demonstrate the proper placement of the clip. The only problem is that the position does not stay constant. Whenever the child reapplies the seat belt, the clip must be readjusted which should be done properly by an adult. I bought this booster because of the shoulder belt clip, but it doesn't work as well as I'd hoped. My seven year old grandson doesn't ride with me frequently so I have some time to work with another way to make the strap stay more firmly in place, perhaps adding an 'S' type buckle. My daughter is 4 1/2 and tall for her age and she loves the seat. We recently drove from Sydney to Queensland, a 12 hour drive, and she was fine all the way, even when sleeping. Hope this info helps.

Answer:	16"!!!My son had an Eddie Bauer that was supposed to fit him until he "didn't legally" have to sit in it. We had to get a new one once his little legs started growing he just wasn't comfortable. This Graco car seat has the head rest and the way he sits in it he falls asleep every time we get in get in the car if it's longer than a 15 min ride!!! Love the seat; took it to a saftey inspection and was told that it is one of the better seats on the market. We love it!!!! It adjusts to them there is a lever in the back to make them more comfortable and do much safer than the booster seats alone. It has a place to slide the seatbelt in to make sure it is positioned properly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Answer:	The zip has one extra layer of foam padding (3 instead of 2) as well as a stowaway kid console for snacks. It then zips off easily vs several hooks.

Question:	Does your child's head slump forwards in this seat when they sleep and how breathable is the fabric
Answer:	I purchased this for my five years old. My son seems to lay his head on the side when he falls asleep and his head does not slump forward. The fabric is breathable. I spent over $200 on the previous car seat and I prefer this one so much more.
Question:	What is the weight limit to use the LATCH buckles for this booster seat
Answer:	Just wanted to clarify one thing... the weight limit for all latch systems is not necessarily 65 lbs. Our current carseat has a max weight of 65 lbs, but only of 45 lbs. if used with the latch system. So, I can use the carseat until my kid is 65 lbs IF I use install it with the seatbelt, but if I use the latch system to install, the kid's weight maxes out at 45 lbs. Our pediatrician explained that the reason for this is that the latch system is sufficient for 45 lbs in the case of an accident. If you install the carseat with a seatbelt, the seatbelt takes part of the force, so the child can weigh more than 45 lbs. Similar thing with a booster seat: With a booster seat, the seatbelt takes on part of the weight of the child rather than the latch system entirely holding onto the weight of the child + seat. I realize I don't actually have an answer to the question (I was looking through the Q&A with the same question in mind). But saying a carseat can use the latch system up to 65 lbs. is incorrect and could be dangerous in an accident, so I wanted to add this "answer."

Answer:	I use this in the front seat of a Miata (as there is no back seat). I suppose if it works there, it will work in a pick up truck, as long as you have a shoulder/lap belt available.
