Answer:	The Prince Lionheart seat neat is a chair protector. It fits great underneath a booster seat for the dinner table. It depends more on the shape and size of your chair pad to see if the Seat Neat has full coverage.

Answer:	Yes but the material is such that nothing sticks or stains. It wipes clean with damp clothe and a little soap if you want to. It's great

Answer:	Yes it just lays on the chair, it has no buckles. My grand daughter no longer uses a booster seat, but she still seats on this cover on the seat.

Answer:	The seat portion is 15" wide with an additional 2" on each side to turn down on the side of the seat (not counting the tabs you see in the picture), so you could stretch it flat across a seat as wide as 19", but 15-16" would be more optimal in order to cover and protect the sides of the cushion.
