Answer:	The widest it will open is 4 1/2 inches, but I wouldn't recommend clamping it on to something that wide. The widest item I would try to clamp would be 4 - 4 1/4 inches.

Installation Steps

1. Slide the swivel mount into the slot in the strap block. Make sure the retaining lug shaps up to lock the lug into the place.

2. Locata one end of the swivel mount into the mirror cavity.

3. Pull back the mirror lever and lower the other end of the swivel mount fully home into the mirror cavity. Push the lever fully towards the swivel mount so that it locks the mount into position.

4. Unclip the two retaining straps and pass them around the headrest. Clip the straps together and pull them tight to securely fasten the mirror.

5. Adjustable the mirror angle so that you have a clear view of your child from the car's reaving mirror. It will be easier if you have an assistant to help you.

Warning: make sure the mirror do not obscure your view through the rear window.

Answer:	I have this camera and it works just like any baby monitor on the market, with an infrared camera. The image will be black and white but it’s works just fine.

Answer:	I would try cleaning both the suction piece and the window. I’ve gotten in to the habit of only placing the mirror before a drive and removing it after parking to prevent it from overheating on hot days. Good luck!

Question:	What are the dimensions of this mirror? Another one i looked at was so long... I'm not sure i could use one as long as the one i saw
Answer:	I don't know exactly, but I do know that it's not like the one that covers the whole windshield. This one is wider than the regular ones and a long enough to see everything in the back. I personally love it.
Question:	How does this work for seeing kids in rear-facing carseats? Particularly those behind the driver
Answer:	I have a booster aged child behind my driver seat and I can see her great. If you have a rear facing seat behind you, I suppose you'd see him/her with a mirror in from of them. Does that make sense? It's a big mirror and I love it! I can see everyone in our 15 passenger ford van.
Question:	Our Murano's rearview mirror has the garage door opener button attached to the bottom. Will that still be accessible with this product
Answer:	It would depend on where the button is on your mirror. If the button is on the face of your mirror, then no. It will be covered by the new mirror. If is across the top, back or bottom, it would depend on the location. There are two, i'll call them little arms, on the top and bottom each that hook over your existing mirror that could potentially cover the button. You could attach the Pikibu slightly to one side or the other to go around this issue. Depending on the size of your existing mirror, you may not be able to SEE the button, you may have to feel for it until muscle memory just automatically goes to the button. I wouldn't think that would be a huge deal since half the time pushing buttons like that is done without looking anyway.
