Question:	Is this more on the soft or firm side
Answer:	I don't know what you would consider soft or firm. It is very comfortable. I sleep with mine wrapped around by neck every night for needed neck bone support. I forget it is there.

Answer:	Yes, I just washed it after a long trip. It has a zipper and you can remove the cover for washing. It did not shrink and went right back on, very easy.

Answer:	Am also short but was in window seat. It stayed in the same shape and my head in the same place the entire trip across the USA.

Answer:	The inner core is a jointed plastic 'snake'. It holds its shape well, but it does make a creaking sound when you reshape it. Personally I don't notice the core when its in use though- can't feel it through the memory foam unless you squeeze it.

Answer:	Sounds too good to be true when comparing pricing with Cermark... you will NOT get a consistent mark on stainless steel with this. Cermark is a metal marking compound available in a variety of application styles and if you price your engraving right, it is worth it. Answer:	I would say 'no' unless you also use that el-cheapo disposable pillow the airlines give you on international flights to provide a bit of a buffer between your ear and the pillow. The side of your cheek and ear press into the pillow which is what gives you the neck support. I like this pillow very much, but I think it might be uncomfortable with anything but tiny little ear buds.

Answer:	Comfort with headphones will depend upon 1) the headphones themselves, and 2) how you place this pillow on your shoulder. I can say that I have never slept comfortably while traveling in a vehicle until I purchased this pillow and now I get the rest I seek without the pillow shifting, deflating, or otherwise causing discomfort that awakens as others have.

Answer:	For me, there's no comparison. I have a couple of traditional "horse collar" pillows (one inflatable, one filled with bean-bag beads). They push my head forward uncomfortably and don't keep my head from flopping forward. I've used the Travelrest pillow on long (12-14 hour) flights to Asia and it provided dramatically more useful head support. Answer:	With a doubt in my humble opinion.. Being a penetrant as opposed to a simple "coating of grease/oil,, it doesn't leave a thick layer upon which foreign debris can cling onto. Given that fact, I don't see how this product could in anyway have a detrimental effect on your cable.

Answer:	I don't know about knives but I don't know why. I used it on a stuck ice dispenser on my freezer door and it worked fine. It's designed as a lubricant so how good a protectant it is, is not something I am able to evaluate.

Answer:	I think there's lubricant that's designed to be skin safe for such devices. This is designed for food manufacturing equipment. I'm not certain it would not be a skin irritant. Check with your shaver manufacturer.

Answer:	Yes it will work. Remove hinge pin from door and frame; spray hinge pin, otherwise it will be messy. Good luck. There are other lube easier.
Question:	is this pillow for side sleepers
Answer:	Sorry, Southern Man, no straw and I could not get a spare straw to fit into the nozzle. So, it makes a holy mess when you use it. So be careful. It is a dry lube suspended in a highly volatile liquid matrix. The liquid carries the lube then evaporates leaving the dry lube. Very messy and hard to get the overspray off but a great lubricant. I used it to lube the blade carriage and gears on a 1951 Delta Unisaw. Really works well just be careful of overspray, wear gloves cause you don't want to try to clean your hands. Good luck!

Answer:	it stays in the microscopic grooves of the metals, Teflon will wash away, I would not use Teflon in an eng assembly. do not know what u are using it for

From the center top to the center curve (bottom) is approx. 12 inches. Each "arm" is approx 11-12 inches wide. Hope these help, it is terrible not to be comfortable while trying to sleep. Good Luck!

Question:	Can you go to sleep while driving your with this
Answer:	I have only used this for travel but it works great. I could see where just sitting at home and watching TV this would be very comfortable as well. You really can't go wrong with it.
Question:	Would the white memory foam be stained blue? Any odor
Answer:	There is only the rope at the top of the travel bag. So no. What I did was to buy 3M Velcro tape. I attached one side to the travel bag and the other to the top of my carry onbag. When I put my carry on bag in the over head. I rip the bag from the Velcro and take my seat. Great neck pillow. Hope this helps.
Question:	We have only had it six months, and already the zipper is broken. How do I get a new cover
Answer:	I'm not the inventor but I can say that this pillow is soft yet supports the neck. I don't think that it matters which position you chose to sleep.
