Answer:	The stage 3 "hand" shows up as unavailable on Amazon so it was sold separately at some point in time but isn't available anymore. Maybe you could get a replacement by contacting Nuby directly using the info on their website.

Answer:	There is no liquid in them.... But yes you can put in the freezer, but want give you the effect your looking for except that it's cold for a few seconds.
