Answer:	Shame on me, I never bothered to look it up. I try to buy local (America products) when possible. It appears that most Norpro products are made in China. Some products are made in other countries, but as far as I can research them, no products made in America :( . Thanks for reminding me to look for that information as well. :)

Answer:	3 AAA batteries. The red light can be both blinking and solid and can be on at the same time as the LED light. This is a great light I bought for running and would recommend it to anyone. The price is really good too.

Answer:	The band is adjustable. I can answer as it applies to me: an adult female with lots of hair. I wear this when I walk the dog twice a day--out in the cold, and when it's dark. I have a Beanie on and I put the headlamp on the Beanie---and the adjustable band stays put on the headful of hair with a Beanie cap on---perfectly well. I would recommend this for anyone older than 5 years old. The child might think the headlamp is a toy and treat it like one---you don't want them putting it in their mouths or banging it around, would you? It's best to stay safe.
