Question:	What is the typical forehead temperature
Answer:	The typical forehead temperature is between 97.5°F – 98.4°F . It is usually about 0.5°F below oral temperature.
Question:	My display shows “Lo”, is it low battery
Answer:	According to the user manual, the “Lo” means temperature is under the measuring range selected , not low battery. Low battery will be displayed with an empty battery icon. The “Lo” could be caused by measuring room or “air” temperature in “Body” mode. Room temperature of around 75°F is “Lo” as compared to human forehead temperature of between 97.5F°F - 98.4°F .

Answer:	Yes - set for "Body". I took readings off my legs, arms, hands and feet. Make sure to follow the instructions re: give the thermometer a few seconds to reset between readings.

I’m a paramedic on an ambulance I compared the temperature findings of this device with the ER thermometers on the same patients I used it on to the results of the ER’s device on those patients and this thermometer is completely false. Downright dangerous if you trust the results. Fevers that read as normal and normal readings read febrile.
