Question:	How long does the aspirator last if you don’t sell the cotton filters separately? How often must you change the filters
Answer:	This Bebird is well worth the 34.00. I made the mistake of buying a knock off version for 13.87 I think it was. It had a terrible camera that give a very blurry picture so that was a real waste of 13.87 for an earwax removal tool anyway. Now the Bebird is well worth the 34.00. It has a very clear picture that is 1080p, which shows in great detail everything in your ear or mouth or whatever else you want a closeup picture of. It's easy to get the Bebird app from The Google Store and super easy to connect it to your wifi as well. Mine only took about 35 minutes to charge then after that you unplug the charging cable from the Bebird then turn it on from the app on your phone and that's it! Super easy to use. I recommend this c3 version to anyone looking for a earwax removal tool.
Question:	How can i clean the device body if mucus goes inside
Answer:	Yes, the silicone heads can be washed with warm soapy water and reused.
Question:	Where can i find a replacement silicone tip for newborn? I lost mine
Answer:	I would think you could look on the internet under the seller website and find replacements. Our tool is to new to check into replacements. I have found other replacements on Amazon for other devices we had.

Answer:	There is no need to shower before using this product.
Question:	Which tip is best to use for a 6 month old
Answer:	The wash and drops will eventually expire. In looking at mine, I'd guess shelf life is around 2 years. Generally, medication and such doesn't "go bad" when it expires. Rather, it begins to lose strength. Technically, durable medical equipment like the ear plugs and removal tool do expire. They can say what they want, but this is more to make sure that hospitals, ambulances, etc. replace seldom used equipment on a regular basis. Personally, I have no problem continuing to use expired tools until they become broken or discolored which is almost always years after they "expire".
Question:	When I suction my baby’s nose, on the side it shoots out booger water. Anyone else experiencing this
Answer:	The ear cleaner feel like a cool liquid not to heavy. You then use the ear plugs for 10 minutes before you wash out the ear from the spray can. Have been using this system for a few years and it work pretty well. It also comes with a plastic scrapper which I don't use.
