Answer:	Im not sure they say it is but doubt it

Answer:	I use it on my 18 month old's face when I am giving her a bath. It says tear free which is a plus because I use it as a shampoo as well. Great for both my kids [other one is 3] because they both have eczema and it doesn't irritate their skin.
