| Answer: | What I know about topical or ingestable products is that the manufacturing and expiration dates depend on when you purchase them, production volume and demand. I've never found these two dates listed on any perishable item from Amazon listed in the product info. If you buy this product, check these dates immediately on the end of the tube. If the expiration date seems unreasonable, or too short a period of time to use it, I'd return it and give that as a reason. It doesn't appear to be possible for vendors or Amazon to track these two dates as the shipments are ongoing and production volume changes. It's a good question, though. I've had to return some topical/ingestible products for unreasonable expiration dates. I haven't had that problem with this product. |

| Answer: | I use it for my baby 3 month old but he is a chubby baby. He weights 15 lbs. I use it in the kitchen sink for the most part. I do not think the weight is an issue because once is stretched/open is does not close/folds easily or by accident. However at 6 months old your baby may begin sitting and you may want to get a sit for the tub or small tub anyway. I personally will continue to bathe my child in the kitchen sink because it so much easier for my back and he will sit on this SLING to keep him warm and comfy. I wish I had this for my 2 year old when he was a baby. |
