Answer:	The cover makes the seat a bit snug for the bars. I think I know what you are talking about. I didn't understand that the bouncer bars actually slide into the slot and the screw you insert holds them in place. I had to back track a few steps because the picture didn't do the best job explaining the bars go IN BETWEEN the two plastic pieces. I hope that makes sense.
Question:	Is there a way to stop the motor from making such a noise when it swings
Answer:	I couldn't figure out how to get the noise to be any quieter. I returned the swing due to the noise and the swing not being a boucer. It says it's a bounce but you take it off of the swing arm thing and you have to use your foot or arm to bounce it. I think this swing is a waste of money and I ended up buying the mamaroo

To determine if it would be long enough would depend on the length of the baby's legs. The strap would need to be adjusted to where only the front of the baby's foot would touch the floor.

Answer:	My son was able to support his head just fine at 2 months so we started at 2 1/2. We had to tie the crotch area together to prevent hip dysplasia and also minimized his time.(15 minutes at a time max). At 4 months old he has a blast in this thing(30-45 minutes without a single tear). Every time he see’s me pull it out he starts giggling:)

If playard gets sandy, carefully remove sand from all surfaces before packing into bag as sand can damage top rail lock. Changing table can be wiped with warm water and household soap and then air dried.
Question:	Is the changing table attached only from one side? I have read that it gets tilted over time on the other models but don't know about this one
Answer:	The changing table is incredibly sturdy. It attaches to the pack n play in four places, two that line up with the side of the pen and two that support it towards the middle. I read about the sagging issue in other reviews too, so I put a 25lb dumbbell in there to test it. It worked perfectly, no sagging at all. I even tried rolling the dumbbell around in there and the changing station held perfectly steady. My guess is that those reviewers did not assemble it correctly and left off the two stabilizer clips.
Question:	Does this come with a mattress or do you have to order separately

Question:	How easy is this to transport
Answer:	Hi We used ours for about 8 weeks and it was secure and safe, before moving our baby to the bottom part for another 4 weeks before moving her to her own bedroom.

Answer:	I'm sorry but I can't be sure but babies roll over and it's always important that you use the matress it comes with to avoid suffocation when the baby does start to roll and move around. It was fine for my nephew he's about 3-4 months and still sleeps in the top part of the playpen. Sleeps through the night.
Question:	Is the bassinet/bouncer part a safe sleep space
Answer:	Yes. Both napper and changing station are removable. It is assumed that you will use the napper until the baby is old enough to start rolling over - then you take both napper and changing station off and use the bassinet.
Question:	Is the bassinet safe and secure enough for a newborn to sleep in overnight
Answer:	I liked using the napper outside of the pack n play and laying it on the sofa or bed as a soft place for baby to lay down on. I like the shade on it too to keep the light out of it's eyes. We did not use it as an overnight sleeper, because we were not sure it was good for the baby to not be on firm bedding, so we did not take the chance. The higher sleeping area is where he first slept. The baby will not sleep overnight anyways.

Answer:	I’ve never tried the Duet Glider but this is the best thing I have purchased for my son. You can use it from the newborn stage because it reclines pretty far back. The swinging goes from slow to faster than I would ever use. I haven’t had to use the cry detection yet because my son is so happy with what I set it at. I tested it out and it does pick up the crying pretty quickly though.

Answer:	The one I bought is jerky, too. On the lowest setting for the rocking motion, it actually stops for a split second and starts back again. If it wasn't such a pain, I would send this thing back and get something else. I think there is something wrong with the motors in these swings.

Answer:	The napper/ bassinet look like a one time use item. You can’t wash the insert plus there are no sheets in sale that would work on either.
