Answer:	You can actually make your own wall adapter using something like the Lenink Battery Eliminator. Make sure you get the 4-pack AA one and that plugs into the wall (*do not* get the USB version since that is only 5 volts. You need 6 volts for the swing). Since the swing uses C cells, you can purchase AA to C cell battery adapters. This is what I use in mine and it's great! It makes it possible to use the vibration without burning through batteries.

Answer:	This swing unlike another one I used that was a bunny theme from this company does not allow the babies neck to be fully supported. Younger babies cannot hold their necks up well enough. Answer:	We had a swing where the motor had a problem. It has some timer component so it knows when to change directions, ours was defective.

Question:	Has anybody else had trouble with the step after putting the cover on the seat? When you’re suppost to snap the bars in place? Only one side snaps in
Answer:	The cover makes the seat a bit snug for the bars. I think I know what you are talking about. I didn't understand that the bouncer bars actually slide into the slot and the screw you insert holds them in place. I had to back track a few steps because the picture didn't do the best job explaining the bars go IN BETWEEN the two plastic pieces. I hope that makes sense.
Question:	Is there a way to stop the motor from making such a noise when it swings
Answer:	I couldn't figure out how to get the noise to be any quieter. I returned the swing due to the noise and the swing not being a boucer. It says it's a bounce but you take it off of the swing arm thing and you have to use your foot or arm to bounce it. I think this swing is a waste of money and I ended up buying the mamaroo
