Yes it can be used on front tires. My commercial mower has it in all 4 tires. i have used Slime now for 5 months without having to add air to any tires. | Answer: | I've had this combination before on my bike (Slime smart tube) and the liners and it certainly helped me against flats, I went all 2013 without flats. Just make sure the liners lie just underneath the tubes road side. If the liners end up, at any point inside your tires, laying on a different spot than the tube/tire road side, then, when the tube is fully inflated, the liner can rip the tubes and cause flats.
