Answer:	It is 6" plus 6" back to ball, so more like a 12" bungie, but when you double back for the loop around the ball it ends up being 3".

Answer:	My guess is, it depends on how the bungee is being used. If one is using it to stretch the entire unit around an object, (much like a rubber band is placed around a rolled newspaper), the "ball to ball" length, ( measured in it's passive state and then it it's fully stretched length ),would be in accordance with the 12" rating.( Note: The "ball lock / anchor" feature is really of no use in this application.) - - -- Otherwise, given the intended "ball lock / anchor - fastener" key feature of the design, the same rules would apply to the 6" minimum rating instead. Based on this key feature of the design, ( which is the ball anchor / fastener ), it seems to me that the advertised 6" specification is correct accordingly. Note: Using the 6" specification, my bungee has a "minimum" stretch of 6". The approximate "maximum" was 14". Using the 12" specification, using it as a "newspaper rubber band", it will contain a minimum circumference of 12" and a maximum circumference of 28" accordingly.

Answer:	I have tied two 8x10 ft tarps to shade the cars under a pole barn. attached them to eye bolts and the elastic works well when the wind blows so far up to about 35mph. I live florida so will disconnect for something tropical. Really like them.

Answer:	I measured mine with a length overall from tip of jaw to handle tip at 9 5/8". The max practical jaw opening is about 4" and the smallest opening is just under 2". I don't know the size of your filter but hope that these dimensions help you out. BTW, they are nice quality.
Question:	The trap under my vanity sink is about 9" around. What size would be best to unscrew this piping to remove something
Answer:	I assume 9" around refers to the circumference which translates to a diameter of 2.86 inches. This plier is 15-1/2 inches long and has a maximum opening of 5.5 inches diameter, i.e., will fit. I suggest to look at Channellock 209 which is the smaller 9" long version and has an opening range of 1.75 (1-3/4) to 3.5 (3-1/2) inches diameter. Model 209 costs considerably less. Alternative is a strap wrench. BTW: Make sure the pipe area underneath the vanity has room for a 9" long plier. Pliers are easier to use than strap wrenches.

Question:	I have limited clearance - can you tell me the width of the strap and head of the smaller wrench
Answer:	The strap is: a tad over 3/8" (1mm) wide. The head on the handle 2" wide, with the handle being 6" long.
Question:	Can I turn a 3/4 inch pvc pipe with this wrench
Answer:	Yes. I actually bought these to tighten 4 inch seal tight connectors. The smaller one will be better for the 3/4 inch
Question:	Where can I find instructions on how to use this as I'm totally ignorant and so far I can't even remove a jar lid with it
Answer:	Place the rubber loop over the lid with the serrated edge side of the wrench facing the direction you want to turn. Presumably, you are opening a jar so it will be on the right side. Pull the rubber loop snug and turn to the left (counter clockwise). The wrench should grip the lid and open it will.
