Answer:	The neck of the funnel close to 5/8" at the top. The screen pulls out. Down the neck they progressively tapered a rib down the length of the tube to where it looks like a heart shape at the bottom. I do not feel any seam at the top. I don't know if a round tapered steel punch could be use to push out the tapered rib in the neck to pull out the rib inside.

But remember if you add creamers or sugar to your coffee, then you are adding calories and carbs. I would think no carbs either until you add add-ons. Answer:	I don’t know, but they were very cheaply made. I do NOT recommend d them. One had a cracked off piece on the edge. Very thin plastic, and they are very small. Never heard from anyone when I complained. Got rid of them.
Question:	I would need these funnels for a physics project. Are they very easily bent
Answer:	They are relatively sturdy, I use mine for chemicals and sulfuric, hydrochloric and nitric acids they work well with. All are highly corrosive.

Answer:	This does not look like the wine aerator I have. I am not aware of it being a sediment strainer. I bought it for aeration.

Answer:	Of course you can. No matter how tall or deep your wine is or isn't, just hold the funnel over the glass and pour.

Answer:	Funnel tip diameter: 0.5" (inches) / 12.5 mm. On a side note, the holes that dispense the liquid you pour into the funnel, on the side of the funnel tip, not at the bottom. I'm no physics whiz, but I'd look into that before connecting it to a hose, as I might end up plugging it up so to speak. Hope this helps.

The filter screen in the funnel is 4in diameter so the bottom of the coffee filter will be a little wider than the filter screen. Since the funnel is cone-shaped, chances are that the top of the funnel is much wider than the filter so it won't be an exact fit. Thanks!

Answer:	I guess it would depend on how thick your yogurt is to start out. I have never tried it, but it would be worth a try. I use a Donvier Wave for straining my yogurt and the mesh is much finer and works perfectly. Good luck!!

Answer:	That's exactly what I bought mine for, however I did send it back because the red insert was not included in the shipment. However, since I got one with the same dimensions I would say yes, with the use of regular milk filters pleated to fit into the funnel.( I use KenAg 6 1/2" filters ) also sold on Amazon It will fit into a small or wide mouth jar.

Question:	Would this work to strain oil used for deep frying
Answer:	You could try coffee filters inside of this. I use large coffee filters to strain my homemade yogurt to separate the whey from what becomes Greek yogurt. However, I have not strained oil as I don't deep fry so I don't know how fast the debris you're straining out will clog the filter. Having said that, if it gets clogged, you can probably shift it in the funnel so another part of the coffee filter is collecting the debris. Maybe someone who has one of these can try that for you and let you know how it works. I use a large colander to strain my yogurt so it's a similar idea but much larger.

Answer:	Gosh, can't help you on that question. It is a VERY fine sieve, and I've only used it for paints, making rice paste and gesso. I'm thinking epoxy would be muck thicker??!!
