Answer:	Most modern electronics can handle 40Hz to 120Hz or higher, 90 to 130 Vac. Unless you want to plug in an old fashion motor driven clock, it won't matter what the output is.

Answer:	If the two batteries in series will make 24 volts DC, no. The charger on this unit is a smart charger and will likely fail to properly charge your batteries. In all probability, it will charge non-stop until the batteries and/or the charger burn out. I suggest either a 24-volt charger/inverter with a voltage reduction to match your 12-volt gear or a stand alone 24-volt charger and disable the charger that is built into the inverter.Hope this helped.AU

Answer:	I did not have much luck with this charger/inverter.After about 1 1/2 year the charger did not work any longer and another year afterwards, the inverter broke down.It looks like it is solid built from the outside, but apparently the electronics are somewhat weak.Initially I used it to even run a circular saw on it but afterwards it was only "sitting" around (connected to a battery) as a power backup. So, I would not consider this to be one of my better buys and I could not recommend it to a friend, especially, since it cost over $300.

Question:	Does this have a fan? Is it always on? Is it loud
Answer:	Yes it has a fan, no it is not always on and it is very very quite. There is a switch or should I say a button that you push to activate the 110 outlets and a green indicator light comes on to let you know that both the 110 outlets have been engaged and the fan to keep them cool. The USB outlets and the cigar lighter socket are always available with or without activating the fan/110 inverter. I use this device every day operating my dash-cam and charging my phone and Kindle HDX. I have also used it for my laptop from time to time. Works quite well but do keep in mind that you are drawing from your car battery and if the engine is off you need to start the car once in a while to keep it charged. I have also used it to power a guitar amp but found an RF frequency buzz zing thorough so I didn't do it for long. I believe if I plugged in a power cord and put the amp out side the car that may have helped however it was raining so I didn't. 
Question:	Does it make loud noise when it working
Answer:	To add to all the other answers, it does make a whirring noise when on but you only need to turn it on if you’re using the large plugs. You can leave it off and the USB ports will still charge.
Question:	if the fan is in the bottom and its in a cup holder, how does it efficiently dissapate heat? i know there are small standoffs at the bottom
Answer:	The vent on the top allows cooler air to enter the power inverter cup. The base of the power inverter cup is slightly elevated thanks to the little feet at the bottom so that the warm/hot air can escape.

Question:	What is each ubs plug amp rating for each individual plug
Answer:	sorry i don't know but i have further researched these devices. All the ones i have found have a disappointing low current rating. But you should know and understand that the connecting wires and hardware really can't handle more than a couple amps or you will have heat failure of the components, wire connectors, circuit board traces and the such. So that's what i have deduced.

Question:	With a "30a charger" i am assuming this refer's to 30a at 24dc and therefore 6a on the 120v ac input side
Answer:	That is correct.
Question:	Can I connect my solar panels directly to this and have it charge the batteries without any other controller or do I need some other controller
Answer:	You must have a charge controller for this to work. The solar panels connect to the charge controller, the charge controller connects to the batteries, the batteries connect to the AIMS inverter. The purpose of the charge controller is to regulate how much power the solar panels send to the batteries. Hope this helps.
Question:	does the charger support Lithium
Answer:	I purchased this for use in a 24V Battleborn Lithium system. I had fits trying to figure out why intermittently the Battery Management System (BMS) would should down. Battery supplier tells me it's the inverter, inverter tells me it's the batteries malfunctioning. I asked AIMs phone support what the inrush current requirement was for this inverter? Phone support responded with 21Volts is required for the unit to operate properly and would not answer my question. The BMS shuts down at 700A according to Battleborn. I complained to AIMs and a more knowledgeable and helpful engineer responded. I ended up having to use a switch and resistor to pre-charge the inverter prior to connecting the inverter. This is not supposed to happen until the inverters are 4KW and above. General feedback I was given regarding AIMS is it's a lower quality Chinese made product. So far it is working but it also overcharges my batteries in the charger mode slightly above 30V where it should be 28.8V but that is with an AC input of 125V.
Question:	Has anyone purchased this that can give some long term reviews? How is the power consumption? Are you still happy with it? Any issues
Answer:	Owned and used for 7 months on an off grid system, 320amp/hr @24v battery bank with 800 watt array and this unit works great!! Have a victron battery monitor and the consumption is right around 30 watts at idle for the inverter. It is always on and it will invert 12 led lights, a ceiling fan, bath fan, all for around 175 watts! It handles the high loads of a blender very well, even our 3/4 ton air conditioner with minimal light flickering. Also easy to set up a generator backup and connecting shore power right up to it. It transfers from power sources very quickly with no interruptions. No issues!

Answer:	Hi, it's not a good idea to run amplifier by a Modified Sine Wave inverter, this is a MSW inverter, you'd better choose a Pure Sine Wave inverter. Because amplifier need clean input waveform.

Answer:	Well, the answer won't please you. This unit is rated at 2000 watts. To get 2000 watts at one end with 12v going in the other, you will need a wire that supports 167 amps, and if you include an efficiency factor, that makes it closer to 200 amps. That's a lot of amps out of your car battery. This is really intended to support a larger battery for solar purposes. If you pick too small a wire, the wire will heat up when the unit is at full load. Really heat up. The longer the run, the more it will heat if the wire isn't of sufficient gauge. A wire rated at 200 amps is huge. About zero gauge. In contrast, auto jumper cables are around four gauge and can carry about 70 amps, or 850 watts. But if you use a wire rated for the amperage, you can make the run fairly long. Hundred of feet in fact.
