Question:	Does it require more than one battery to run at the best capacity
Answer:	Adding more batteries in parallel will extend the run time of the inverter. The total run time is dependent on the AC load power consumption and the battery capacity.
Question:	Does this get hard wired to the battery or does it plug into a lighter outlet
Answer:	The CPI2500W must be hard wired directly to the battery. The lighter outlet in any vehicle is not capable of suppling the CPI2500W with the current need to power the maximum 2500 Watt AC load. Lighter outlets or accessory outlets in vehicles are usually limited to around 125 Watts. When hard wiring the inverter directly to the vehicle battery pay attention to the wire gauge, wire terminations must be crimped and better yet - soldered for a good mechanical and electrical connection. Inline fuse or breaker is also recommended at the battery end and try to keep the wire length as short as possible to minimize Voltage drop in the wiring. Answer:	There is no styrofoam insulation indicated on anything and looks to be all metal. The cooler holds ice without much melt 48 hours if cubed but when used block ice went 72hrs+. Sorry I could not be of better help. Ask Coleman's web help.

Answer:	The 2000w power inverter is powered by 12v lead-acid batteries, converting 12v dc to 110v ac. It does not have built-in batteries. If you would like to charge your another battery, the connection should go like this: 12v lead-acid battery (12v dc input) ---> 2000w power inverter (110v ac output) ---> car battery charger ---> your another battery.

Answer:	I really have no idea as I know nothing of an Ox coffer box. Look at your device to determine the power requirements. It should have a wattage label or spec provided somewhere. If the wattage is less than 1000 watts continuous - the inverter should satisfy your needs.
Question:	What's the best battery you recommended to use indoors for fans, light up a Christmas tree and maybe rrefrigerato? PR withou power maybe until march
Answer:	The best battery would be a deep cycle battery with a decent amp hour capacity. A 50ah deep cycle battery would be bare minimum in my opinion. My set up has a battery bank that adds up to 180ah and many folk have banks much larger than that. I'm talking "amp hours", not "cranking amps". Theres a big difference. You can put this inverter on a regular car battery but unless your running something that requires extremely little juice, the battery will go dead in no time at all. If you try to use this to run a high draw appliance from a regular car battery, it wont work at all in most cases. So many people who give these inverters bad reviews probably tried to run a microwave or other high draw appliance by hooking the inverter up to a regular car battery. Of course they think theres nothing wrong with their battery so the inverter must not work. In reality, their battery is at fault(and their ignorance of how all this stuff works). A regular car battery simply doesnt have the capacity to run anything that draws a significant amount of power. These inverters work fine 99% of the time as long as you pair them with batteries that can provide the power that you're trying to draw. So go grab yourself a deep cycle battery. Most "non solar" marine deep cycle batteries are rated at around 35ah. 35ah isnt a lot really but will work WAY better than a regular car battery. As I said, youd be better with at least a 50ah battery or better but they can get expensive($170 for a 100ah battery here on Amazon as I write). Good luck.

Answer:	Yes, as long as it runs off of 110VAC/60 Hz (standard output voltage of a wall outlet in the United States). I am an electrical engineer, and am intimately familiar with these products. The one caution or recommendation I have is to make sure you have large gauge wires at the input to the inverter. Bolt the large wires tightly to the battery or input voltage source as well as at the input to the inverter, taking note of any torque requirements and limitations as to not strip the threads. Be mindful that the current at the input will be high because it is operating from a low input voltage (about 13V). 550W at the output will require about 50 amps from the input source. I would use at least 10 AWG wire, maybe 8 AWG. Also be mindful that there is a voltage drop across the wire. The output of the input source might be 13V, but after the current travels thru say 3 feet of 10 AWG wire, there would be about 12.5V at the input to the inverter, which is within the inverter's specified input range.

Answer:	I know the instructions say to only use the cables provided, but you need to buy longer wires. The longer wires need to be a larger gauge. There is a guide chart you can go by. Do a search for "12 volt wire gauge vs amps" and you'll find a chart on an offroaders website. Example: For 200 amps, a 10 foot wire should be 6 gauge. The two foot wires included are 12AWG because they are only 2 feet long.
Question:	can i have a battery charger hooked to batteries and running while using inverter
Answer:	If your key turns off your 12v takeoff it will. Some vehicles do not turn off the 12v socket when the vehicle is turned off. It depends on the make an modle of the vehicle. There is an on-off switch on the inverter which you can use to turn it off and leave it plugged in.
Question:	can i use it on a refrigertor
Answer:	This would work with any 12 volt battery. The only differences would be how long you could run it on only the battery. A small car battery would get very little run time before draining the battery, while a large truck battery would get a lot longer. The previous statement would only apply to a vehicle not running. If your car is started, there should be no problems running a converter this small for however long you want.

Question:	Can I run this from deep cycle batteries not being charged
Answer:	All batteries must be charged to top batteries voltage before use this inverter or any inverter. If inverter is for 12v input, is better use 2 batteries 6 volts in serie up to 3 bank or sets in parallel. The inverter will tu en off close to 11.5 volts.

Answer:	The should be 100% copper or close to it the gage goes according to the amps a simple search on google will give you the right gauge for the right amperage

You need a big battery with lots of Amp hours so that you can power it for x amount of time. Check inside the fridge door and it will give you the volts and amps and from there you can calculate the watts to see if the 2000w inverter is big enough. If it's a simple basic top freezer it should be fine.

Question:	When power is only on. Not running any appliances. Is the fan suppise keep turning on and off every few secondes
Answer:	On my inverter, the fans, there's two of them run continuously. Mine's about 8 years old. I have it wired up to two 12 volt 100 amp hour batteries for 200 amps at 12 volts. I ran it unattended for 6 hours the day before yesterday, during a power outage, to keep an old power hog refrigerator running. That inverter runs all my power tools including my 15 amp miter saw and my 15 amp circular saw. If the inverter temperature is over around 90 degrees F, inside, then the fans run off and on, trying to get the inverter down to below 77 degrees F. For every ten degree rise over 80 degrees F, life expectancy in electronics is slashed by 40%. So the fan running is good thing. It might be noisy, but it only uses about 5 watts more per hour while running.
Question:	Can I run a microwave on it my microwave is 1200 watts
Answer:	We do not recommend modified sine inverters for use with microwaves. The AIMS 2000 Watt pure sine wave inverter would be a better match if your microwave uses 1200 Watts (if your microwave surges beyond 2000 Watt a large model would work).
