Answer:	These jacks are rated for 3 tons for the pair, meaning evenly distributed across two jack stands (the pair). This means that the load placed on the PAIR should not exceed 3 tons. Using 4 stands to lift a 4 corners of a vehicle is not recommended and the pair should be used for both sides of the front or both sides of the rear, not to be used for lifting a single side of the vehicle at the front and rear point. Whether a single stand or a pair of stands, the rated capacity is a 3 ton, balanced and centered load. The regulations, at least as it relates to the US, are quite specific on this.

Question:	Anyone know the difference t43002 and t43002a? the former is $10 cheaper, but description identical to this one
Answer:	The difference is the locking pin. A number of jack stands, sold under various brand names, were recently recalled for being unsafe. If I am correct, the recalled models did not have the safety locking pin feature, found on this jack stand. After returning my recalled, unsafe, stands, I purchased these because they had the locking pin. I would suggest that one avoid any jack stand without the extra locking pin. The few extra dollars is well worth the added safety.
Question:	how high do they go
Answer:	Im not sure of the Max height but they go high enough to list a suburban and get wheels off. I just used them this weekend for brake job. I would do a search in google to find the max height, they also make some stands that are meant for SUVs which go higher. If you need to get a transmission out or something like that these wont go high enough.

The 22 Ton Capacity (note that you would need to verify this information for yourself) means that between the two jack stands it can evenly support 22 tons from one weight source, which is to say that each jack stand can support up to 11 tons or 22,000 lbs per jack stand. So the two jack stands together can have a single weight source bearing down on both of the jack stands simultaneously of no more than 44,000 lbs.

Answer:	It is specifically designed for a 5th wheel. The area under the front portion is designed to wrap around the upper portion of the trailer front and will not properly protect a travel trailer.
