Answer:	It's your grind, not the machine! Most espresso shots need to weigh in with an input of 18.2-18.7 grams with an output weight of 38-42grams. If it's too fast, make it finer. If it's too slow, make it more course. Depending on your beans, but most are in that range. Not all coffee is roasted to have a lot of crema. You dont need a lot of crema. You need to adjust your grind daily before you make your espresso as the temperature in the room can change it. Beans get gassy, too. Don't blame the machine for your lack of knowledge. Free training, there ya go.
Question:	Does it come with charger
Answer:	We own a coffee shop in north Seattle and have been very happy with this machine. The shots are a bit less impressive then our professional equipment but the steaming wand is superior, although it takes a bit more time to foam. Hope that helps & we have been very happy with this machine.
Question:	Does this have an light on the end of the plug
Answer:	Yes.We ended up getting a larger jug for super sized capuccinos.BTW.... make sure that you get a newer model.... the older ones have a lousy PID control such that the brew temp is never up to standard. We ignorantly bought an older model and never got the "promised" 93C brew temp. Just between 77C and 81C with lots of coaxing and preheating and purging. The repair shop said they can't fix it. But the newer ones secretly have resolved this temperature problem - without admitting that there ever was one.

Answer:	For the closest cup of coffee comparable to American drip you make an Americano. You have a beautiful espresso and hit it with a shot of hot water. If you don’t like your coffee black, you steam the milk. In the end you’ll have a rich, robust cup of coffee much better than any drip. I love a variety of coffee styles, drip, French Press, espresso. This machine can make a comparable cup for all except for French Press.

Q: Why does the LED light not turn on the device when I connect it to my vehicle?

A: The device is powered by the vehicle's accessory fuses. If the LED light on the device does not turn on, most likely, there is an accessory fuse blown. Replace that blown accessory fuse to get the tool to power on and connect to the app successfully.

Q: Does it work on heady-duty vehicles?

A: All of our Innova 6000P bluetooth obd2 scanner diagnostic tools will work on heavy duty vehicles as long as they are OBD2 compliant. You can check whether the vehicle is OBD2 compliant by checking the emissions label on the roof of the hood or near the radiator.
