Answer:	As best as I can remember the clear tubing ID is 3/16" But the many attachments are different sizes.

All you need is the right cap to fit your brake fluid reservoir so an adapter from any manufacturer can be made to work with a little craftmanship (connect the hose). I bought the Dodge cap for a Motive bleeder and cut the hose and made it work.

Question:	Should you be able to blow through this, one way
Answer:	This little thing look cheap, but will works perfectly, it also include hose clamp, one person can handle the brake bleeding. if you don't know what you are doing: read a tutoral or watch a YOUTUBE video. Actually, following the following steps: Step 1: Get a container or a bottle for the fluid, make two holes, one for the vinyl tubing and one to displace the volume of air to leave the bottle. If you don't do this, you might possible have a bad time. Step2: Clean out the bleeder valve with brake parts cleaner. As there is all kinds of crap from manufacturing that can keep the bleeder valve stuck open after the first operation, normally I do it. Step 3: Brake the bleeder screw open with a LINE WRENCH or 6-POINT SOCKET or a CROWS FOOT WRENCH. Do not use a regular wrench, as it may round off the bleeder during opening it. Use just a little force as necessary to brake the bleeder loose and then re-tighten it immediately. Attach the vinyl hose and clamp it with the clamp attached. Just untighten the bleeder until you see fluid going out. If you losen it more than this, it will just draw air through the bleeder threads. Please pay attention, There is one spot and it's usually just where you see the fluid start to leak out. Make sure to position your vinyl hose so it goes above the brake bleeder before decending into the bottle. The reason to do this is if ever air in the lines it will not want to be drawn back into your calipers/wheel cylinders. Step 4: Pump your brake pedal 2-4 times and always keep an eye on the fluid level of the master cylinder . If you are doing this right, you will not see any bubbles in the line, later the fluid will go from dark to a transparent color as the new brake fluid clears out the line. Please keep in mind do not let the master cylinder run out of fluid. Work your way from the furthest wheel cylinder/caliper to the one closest to the master cylinder. Step 5: Once the fluid runs transparent and clean from all bleeder valves, make sure you close them securely and top off the master cylinder. Try the brake pedal and give a few presses to make sure it is operating correctly. Then all is done Step 6: Don't flush the waste fluid into toilet, please just keep it , as any auto shop will take it back for free, and please do your job and take care of our earth.

Answer:	This kit comes with one size hose that will not press fit onto the bleeder screw itself. Instead it comes with a tapered adapter that you connect the hose and then push the tapered adapter into the bleed screw til its in tight.

Question:	What size is the hose i/d
Answer:	I'm guessing the inside diameter is about 1/16", expanding well beyond 1/8". Basically, for a standard auto brake nipple.
Question:	What keeps air from going through the threads on bleeder screw when releasing pedal
Answer:	if you have a crumby bleeder screw and brake calipers that has a lot of high tolerance in between the threads then some air can get thru the threads. just don't unscrew the bleeds screw/zerk all that much. you can tell if the threads were cut with a crappy tap on the caliper when you get brake fluid to also leak around on the threads. I know that the FJ cruisers have that issue from personal experience, but haven't really had a hard time with while brake bleeding other vehicles.
Question:	How does the check valve work
Answer:	There is no check valve. You put some brake fluid in the container slightly over the level of the tube that extends to the bottom of the inside of the container. When you pump the brakes, it will then only suck up brake fluid and not air. It actually works very well. Keep an eye on your brake fluid level at the master cylinder!
Question:	Is it supposed to weep out brake fluid out of the top while your bleeding brakes? Mine does between the black plastic nipple and the red cap
Answer:	The black plastic nipple is a vent to relieve pressure as the bottle fills with fluid forced in through the center hose. I usually empty the bottle when it's about half full so brake fluid never gets near the vent. This bottle has been used extensively and I have yet to see any fluid weep around the vent.I hope this helps.

Question:	Is this capable of getting trapped air out from calipers? A lot of times hand vacuum cant get trapped air out
Answer:	It usually will if it's just trapped air. If there is a clogged bleeder screw orifice then that will still need to be cleaned out and if there is a blockage in the line it sometimes needs a little help from the pedal but both of those situations are rare.
Question:	Can this be used with a small compressor? no scfm or cfm on description
Answer:	It sort of gives min cfm (2) / psi (40) in the pictures of the product. Smaller compressor should be ok, but will take a little longer, since you will need to wait for it to catch up every so often. I've used this with a 4 gal Makita compressor and had to do each wheel with about 5-6 pauses: run it for 15 seconds, stop, wait 30-60 seconds for the compressor to catch up, run another 15 seconds.
Question:	I have a 92 gmc sierra 4x4 half ton pickup, is there a silicon hose that fits my master cylinder lid? how’s it hook to my reservoir
Answer:	The unit doesnt hook to the master cylinder, it hooks to the brake bleeder screw at the drum or caliper and vacuum pulls fluid down from the Master Cylinder through the brake system and out the bleeder. The YouTube Video on it, mentions pulling old fluid out of the Master Cylinder, but that is simply inserting the hose in the master cylinder and vacumming the old out like a straw in a cup.

Answer:	I have used this on both my BMW F650GS and on my 1982 Honda CB900C. My brother in law used it on his ST1300. It was probably the best bleed job on both clutch and brakes we have used.

Answer:	I believe the 964 is essentially a 911, correct? If thats the case then yes it will fit on the fluid reservoir. Just to be certain you could contact Motive products directly for further information. Motive also has a "European Black label" which may be the one you need. Again, this one fits most European cars, but the 911 (964) Porsche could be different. I got this one for my 99 VW Passat, which amazon states does not fit, but it does.

Answer:	Mine came like this too and I simply wiped off the extra grease but I also decided I'm only going to use this to put pressure into the brake system and simply keep filling the reservoir in the car. Another reason I rather not use this with brake fluid is because I'll be using this on different cars with incompatible brake fluid. I can't imagine cleaning this in between. Just going to be extra careful to make sure I don't completely drain the cars reservoir.
