Answer:	I suspect that ScumBusters aren't being manufactured anymore, so that may be justification for the $200 price tag. I didn't spend that amount, though. I bought my first one when the product was first introduced --- in the 90s, I think. Then I misplaced it during a move. I've since replaced my original one by buying a used one off Amazon. I paid less than $50 both times. I must say I really like the product, though, because it's easier to use this power scrubber thingie than it is to scrub by hand. I hope that this is helpful.

Answer:	This ironing board unit is extremely heavy in comparison to comparable units of lighter gauge (weight). The best methodology is to ensure you have adequate “backing” within your wall cavities prior to installing. If you only use plastic/metal drywall anchors I guarantee the unit will pull from the wall...taking into account the products weight and imposed live loads from the act of ironing clothes. I suggest carefully cutting a drywall opening just enough to install horizontally a new 2x4 or 2x6 block (backing) between the existing 2x wall studs with utility knife. The drywall piece removed will be rectangle in shape and new blocking shall be installed flush with outer face of existing studs. Reinstall drywall piece and inject either sparkle or caulking around the edges (leaving a flush and clean look). You don’t have to fasten drywall with screws or nails, it only serves to fill the void. Install ironing board per the provided instructions into your existing wall studs and new blocking (backing). The ironing board mounting plate will conceal all the work performed installing the new blocking.
