Answer:	It should if the rim is 15. I have a 98 cherokee sport 5 speed that calls for 215s and my 235s fit just as good. It does fly in first and reverse with bigger tires tho

Answer:	The 112 is the load index rating. Most passenger cars are rated up to 110 which equals a load rating index of 2,337 pounds or 337 pounds over a ton. So, the 112 handles a little more than that. The 'T' is the speed rating index and maxes out at 118 mph or 190 km/h. I hope that helps. You can google this stuff and find charts that explain it all.

Answer:	The numbers for tire size mean the following: first number is the sectional dimension (in mm) for from sidewall to sidewall, the second number is the height of the sidewall represented as a % of the sectional dimension, the letter designates the tires construction (R=radial, B=Bias, D=Diagonal) and the last digits are the tire diameter in inches. So replacing a /45 with a /50 means the tire has a 5% bigger side profile. A 265/50 is over 13mm or 1/2" bigger in radius and 3.33" bigger in diameter than a 265/45. Your speedometer will be off +/-3.33 mph (slower) unless you change the speedo gear. This will also raise your vehicle by 1/2" and can effect the braking characteristics of the vehicle especially if you have ABS which works off of speed sensors. You see where this is going. This swap is not advised.

Answer:	They are genuine Goodyear tires. If they are genuine USA made? I don’t know. Just bought a set of four for my son’s car. I was also worried if they are actually maxlife because most outlets including discounttires sells them for $114 each. They turned out to be the real Goodyear maxlife.
