Answer:	I don't think these regular rollerball refills work in tactical pens. These Nekigoen refills are substitute for Schmidt 888 Safety Ceramic Roller. The tactical pen refills are metal and some are pressurized. They are different length. This roller ball refill is 4 5/8 " long and the Hinderer pen refill is only 3 1/2 " . Also some of the refills come with a spring. Use the search bar in Amazon page and enter "Tactical Pen Refill". It looks like there are several types of refills. You have to compare your empty refill with the pictures and measurements to find the correct refill.
