Answer:	I suggest using a spoon until you can get idea of exactly how the drop dispenser works. Once you invert the bottle you wait 1-2 seconds and 1 drop will fall. If you keep the bottle inverted then yes, more drop will quickly follow. It takes a bit of using to get the hang of the dispenser.

After running a car on the highway (especially in the summertime) they will read quite a bit higher than cool down the longer the car sits.
