Answer:	The tires in this ad are Deestone brand, the Deestone tire in this size is slightly undersized meaning they will not measure 23" tall and 10.5" wide. Deestone lists the specs as 23" tall and 9.3" wide at the widest sidewall bulge when mounted and inflated, the tread face will be narrower than overall width. There is nothing wrong with the quality of these Deestone tires as they just run a tad smaller then other brands like BKT ,CARLISLE, Duro. SO TO BE MORE SPECIFIC ALL BRANDS MEASURE SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT and will not be exactly the same as perhaps the brand you are replacing but are a great replacement item for the money..Also if you want the exact DIMENSIONS and spec's that you have then you should purchase the same brand that you have .I don't make them! Answer:	Shouldn't have a problem with any fuses if you make sure your car is always running while filling your tires, your fill time will be faster also. Turn compressor off after 10 minutes so as not to allow overheating & wait until cool again. With 300 PSI this would be a rare occurrence if filling average car/SUV, bike tires, balls etc. I wouldn't use it for anything over 18 inches personally.
