Question:	What replacement bulb does this use? yes i know its LED... what bulb
Answer:	It depends on what you intend to do with them. If you want to laminate flyers and postcards as mementos for safe keeping, like to keep in a memory book or box, then 3 mil is fine. If you intend on using them on a regular basis, posting them up in places where weather can get to them, or in a classroom, you may want to opt for the 5 mil. I purchased the Apache Laminator for use in the classroom and always order the 5 mil pouches for my materials. The 5 mil holds up to the wear and tear of the daily use from my students. I suppose the 3 mil would probably work just as well, but the 5 mil makes them sturdier and stiffer, not easy to bend, and stands up to dry erase markers and erasers. Answer:	The model I have is AL13, but it doesn't look like the one I see offered with that number now. It has a hard plastic outer body; guesstimate weight is 2 - 3 lbs.; is 5 - 6 inches deep; is about 1 1/2 inches tall; has an on/off, hot/cold switch. Hope this helps.

Answer:	With all lamination poaches they are made to not release glue. if you cut them like i do to save scraps . you should use something i use constitution paper as a sleeve because it doesn't block much heat . It keeps the glue off the rollers and allows you to use small scrapes without the laminator eating them. if you don't , make sure to put something through to collect the glue that can kill your laminator

Answer:	DO NOT EVEN TRY to trim a larger pouch to fit a smaller document before laminating.You will not be able to trim it cleanly, and an inner surface of the pouch (coated with heat-activated glue) will stick to the rollers and make junk of your machine. You might get away with it 1,2...times but it will catch you and put you out of business.for a 12x 12 you will need a 12x18 or 13x19 pouch and then trim afterwards.I have ruined several of these devices before I learned this Golden Rule!

Question:	Can the bulbs be replaced
Answer:	It is quite common that the LEDs will glow with only the tiniest amount of current and if you have a light switch that is illuminated when off it will provide that small amount of current needed to cause the LEDs to glow. I have an LED bulb in my bathroom with one of those illuminated switches and it is almost like having a nightlight, kind of neat.

Question:	I just ordered these and my husband says the bulbs are not replacable. is this true?? i think that is terrible considering what they cost
Answer:	Not sure your definition of flush mount. They don't need chain to hang from the ceiling. You can screw right into the ceiling and leave no space between fixture and ceiling. In terms of brightness, it is comparable to the 2xT12F40 tubes. In my 2-1/2 car garage, I had two 2xT12F40 and one had gone bad with inverter problem after 14 years. During that 14 years, I had to replace tubes almost every year or two. It is time to move to new technology. SO right now I have one Faithsail 4FT and one 2xT12F40 in my garage. I cannot tell the difference in brightness. Faithsail may be a bit dimmer, but it is location is further away from my garage entry door. I will eventually replace the other one with faithsail when the time comes.

Answer:	Sorry, I am not sure. They are set up for a variety of standard boxes so they probably would. I always mount a 4' fixture with the holes near the ends, just a personal preference.

Answer:	You have to replace the fixture. But it has an expected life of 50,000 hours. So the real question is how old are you?

Answer:	The ones I received were a semi thick plastic, and didn't break upon installation... Actually had no issues with them other than the shipping..

Answer:	It does not need a junction box; I installed it without one. I brought the power into the fixture through a knockout hole, and anchored the fixture directly to the drywall. But it is set up with holes and screws to anchor it to a junction box.
