Answer:	My only guess is that the rheostat (variable resistor) that the temperature adjustment knob is attached to may be faulty. If that isn't it then I don't know. Sorry.

Question:	My house is wired 110V. What additional items do I need to purchase for the conversion
Answer:	Just to expand slightly on prior answers, normally a residential service feed is 240 volts between the two incoming hot legs. There is also a neutral leg, which (hopefully) has zero potential with reference to ground. The voltage between either one of the hot legs and the neutral leg is 120 volts. The 120 volt circuits in your house are connected to one or the other of the two hot legs, and only one. An attempt is made to assign circuits to the two hot legs in a way that will roughly balance the load between them. The other side of a 120 volt circuit is connected to the neutral leg. There is additionally a safety ground run with the circuit, which also ties into the panel. Certain devices require more power (work product of current and voltage) than is practical to deliver using a 120 volt circuit. Common examples are your clothes dryer, and your electric stove. These devices are powered by both hot legs, with a difference in potential of 240 volts. This water heater is also such a device.STRONG BUT FRIENDLY WARNING: If you did not already know this, please don't make wiring this water heater your learning opportunity with electricity. Hire someone who knows how to do it right. Cutting corners, especially with higher currents and voltages, can lead to equipment damage, fire, and electrocution. Answer:	The National Electrical Code requires conductors and overcurrent protection to be sized at 100% of the manufacturer's branch circuit recommendation for tankless electric water heaters. A 60 amp breaker is the same price as a 40 or 50, it is the wire that costs more. #6 AWG wire is required for a 60 amp circuit. If you undersize the wire it could overheat and catch fire. Protect your family and follow the manufacturer's sizing for this, or any other, electrical device. Your family's lives are worth the extra money. 

Question:	How do know which size to buy? We will supply two bathrooms, dish washer, clothes washer. What size should I choose
Answer:	I noted someone below stating they got the largest one and they can only run one water source at a time. My guess is they installed it wrong by not getting the electric hooked up right, or maybe the unit was just defective, or they live in Alaska. I went under size with an Eco 27 a few years ago because that’s all my electric panel could handle. We have zero issues in the summer. During winter months we can only run one shower at a time and have to slowly fill a tub (maybe 3/4 fill speed). To save as much money as I am on electric bill and have unlimited shower lengths (only 1 person at a time mid-Dec to mid-March) is totally worth it. On here today because I’m thinking of upping my panel size so was thinking of going with a larger one now. Regardless, CCRC’s experience with the largest unit not working is nothing like the experience I’ve had, and again I intentionally undersized mine for the house. The website has a clear chart to explain size you need based on number of water fixtures in your home and ground water temperature.
Question:	Can this unit supply a 3,700 sq foot home with 3 1/2 baths
Answer:	In the lower states it can, but in the northern states, multiple simultaneous users, it will be overloaded. If you can afford a 3,700 square foot home, then you can place a unit in each appropriate demand zone and be very glad you did. I love mine, live in KY, get great supply when the water is above 60 degrees, and then it slows the flow as the temperature drops. I have dishwasher, washing machine, garden tube, 2 showers, 3 sinks and 4 people. It is better than great in the summer, okay spring and fall, and we are conservative in the winter.
Question:	What is the power consumption of this tank-less heater
Answer:	The instantaneous power consumption while the hot water is running is quite high (up to 18kW or 27kW depending on which model you’re looking at on this page). However, when no hot water is being used, the power consumption is 0 (or a minuscule amount to run an LED light or something). The total power consumption over the course of several days or longer should be much lower than a tank heater but the short term power usage while the heater is making hot water will be much higher than a tank heater. It’s just that the unit sits idle most of the time while a tank heater will use power fairly frequently even when no hot water is needed as the water in the tank cools off over time and needs to be re-heater fairly constantly

Answer:	You can not pump gear oil or transmission oil using this product. They both have a high viscosity. To pump these fluid might cause the overheating in the motor and melted wires, or even burst into flames.

Answer:	This pump is rated for diesel and kerosene. The engine oil which has a high viscosity can not be used with this pump. Gasoline and other chemical liquids are strictly prohibited.

Answer:	Only for short periods of 3 to 4 days. However it held up fine to 40-60 psi pressure which is not surprising given the nylon-braid reinforced thick tubing used. I would think it be at least as good as those short extender hoses you can buy which are much thinner. HTH...
Question:	our outdoor faucets are so close to the wall that we skin up our knuckles trying to screw the hose on. Will this product fix this problem
Answer:	We bought this for the RV for drinking and whatever water. It is a regular hose so probably could be used anywhere a hose is used. Might be cheaper to buy one for the garden that doesn't have the potable water rating.

Answer:	I was wondering the same thing so I emailed Camco and they said "the premium drinking water hose ( blue in color) will tolerate up to 180 degrees.

Answer:	Regular garden hoses contain lead in the PVC used to make the hose itself and the brass fitting also contains lead. Studies have been done that show a large amount of lead leaches from the hose into the water as it passes through. It is best to buy lead-free hoses for both your RV and your garden. Answer:	Hold it in place longer to drive the nail in farther. It's basically a pneumatic hammer. It doesn't drive the nail in one single action. This was a lifesaver for nailing shingles under a low clearance eave.

If you must use an extension cord, be sure it is 12Ga (which is what is found in the walls of most homes), not 14 or, God Forbid! 16Ga (most household ext cords). 10Ga cords are hard to find, and VERY expensive and would be just a little over-kill. ALSO be sure it is a three prong cord. NEVER use a 'cheater' device to get around the three prong requirement - IT COULD KILL YOU!
Question:	What is the procedure for first use of the hose? The instructions don't have anything special
Answer:	I could not find your model. However, these anode rods usually have a standard thread and size (same as the plastic drain plug). You should check with the manufacturer of your water heater; the tank may be lined and it does not even require an anode rod.
Question:	The power post is too far from the water supply, I have to use an extension cord. Why is it a problem
Answer:	The front of the package says this anode rod is aluminum. Camco 11563 is an aluminum rod for a steel tank water heater such as Morflo or Suburban. Camco 11593 is Magnesium and is for aluminum water heaters such as Atwood. According to the package.

Answer:	All brass, contains lead you can't take it out. This item is below the lead leavels that the federal government allows. This is drinking water safe.

Answer:	It would have to be larger than the ears on the drain valve to fit. I never used a hose to drain the tank, just open up and drain out it won't hurt anything on the pan and will run off the side of the coach. I sold my trailer so I can't measure the size .Sorry
Question:	Does this product contain lead
Answer:	This hose doesn’t make the water warm. The warming part keeps the hose from freezing in cold climates. For hot water added to a pool, hook a water hose to your hot water tank and turn it on. CAUTION. IT WILL BE HOT!!!!!! So you’ll need to add cool/cold water as well.
Question:	what size hose fits the pet cock valve
Answer:	I cannot advise what the difference maybe. But I and my friend purchased the 22912 and worked great. We used it in 6 inches of snow and my water supply did not freeze. I hope this helps your decision.

Answer:	Mine didn't even last a few weeks. I travel often, so disconnecting/reconnecting happens often. The threading where the black hose connects with the orange parts (connectors to the RV and the ground sewer system) have threading sort of like that of a garden hose, where you can screw/unscrew its parts. Once the parts are off, I could never connect it, and even at these connections sites, it was always loose, making it completely useless! so now, I only buy the DOMINATOR hose. Much better and very pleased with the DOMINATOR instead. I have never had a problem with my other choice/purchase and it's much more reliable and better made.
