Answer:	Sounds as if the one 9 volt power supply is bad. Is it possible polarity of one 9 volt supply is reversed. Best bet is to get a meter and check.

Answer:	It does mount inside the box on the bottom but if you have wires coming in through the bottom, then you may have to find another spot for it.

Answer:	No, it has an assortment of knockouts all around it. You'll want to pick up a pack of the 3/8" nm cable clamps to keep the Romex secured to one of the knockouts. Obviously you'll want to pick up some Romex as well. If it's on a 15 amp circuit, use 14/2 (easier to work with), if it's a 20 amp circuit, you'll need to use 12/2. Just go to breaker, and figure out which circuit you're pulling from, and then you'll know which wire to pick up. Answer:	Normally, there is no need to add a radiator at room temperature. If the ambient temperature is high, then additional heat sink devices, such as fans, need to be added. If you need to add a shell, I suggest you add a metal shell such as aluminum, because metal materials have better heat dissipation, not only will not affect the heat dissipation of the module, but also help heat dissipation. Question:	Does this power converter require a minimum current or can it be operated disconnected from a load
Answer:	Hi, can you describe your problem more specifically? I don't quite understand what you mean. This module can disconnect the load during the power supply process and will not affect the power supply module. But the best way to operate is to disconnect the power supply first and then disconnect the load. This can better protect the load equipment.

Answer:	I don't really know and not very concerned. In my application it only powers one device, and I switch it completely off when not in use.

Answer:	Different sized pots can control how granular the adjustment, the response and may impact voltage drift from the original set point. Smaller pot less precision. I have ordered several of these no quality issues yet.
Question:	Researching to see if this can be used to charge a large lithium battery. does this unit have cc/cv capability
Answer:	A battery is a collection of cells. If you are charging Lithium batteries, you should use a Load Balancer or a BMS made for the type of Lithium battery you have (i.e., Li-ion, Li-Po, etc..) This will balance the charge across all the cells in the battery. You should also use a charge controller -this is what prevents the battery from overcharging, and tapers the charge down as the voltage reaches the end stages of charging. This power supply should work IF the charge controller is set so that it will not draw more current (Amps) than this power supply can handle. Good BMS's and Charge controllers are programmable. BMS's and charge controllers can be built into the Lithium battery, but you need to make sure BEFORE using anything to charge up a battery of this type. NEVER over-charge a Lithium battery. Do your research, be safe.
Question:	Can this item be used to power an Acorn Stairlift that needs 33vdc 1amp output power su? Because service tech wants $250 minimum to come to the house

Answer:	I changed this on mine but it would still only work in LP mode. I also had to change the board on the front of the fridge that controls LP/AC and temp.
