Answer:	They say the serial number is found by removing the filter and shining a flashlight into the unit from inside the rv. I can't say for sure that it will fit, but mine was for a 2000 year model as well and this one fit mine. Does your old cover have a gray color band riveted to it? Mine did. Hope some of this helped.

Answer:	It fit my 1988 Dou-Therm model 57915.010 with no issues, just had to remove a small sheet metal adapter piece at the front of the ac frame, which was held in place by 3-4 screws. I'm not sure if it will fit your particular model.

Answer:	I used a Honeywell digital thermostat with mine, however you need a battery powered unit as there was no power wire in my 5th Wheel. The rest was easy, you won't get hi/low fan speed though unless you wire in a separate selector switch. I just left mine on low fan speed, its quieter that way.

Answer:	I replaced the cover for my Coleman tsr 7300 series ac and did not have to reseal it...the cover comes with new hardware and foam for the fitment of the cover to your unit. It was really simple. Just unplugged the solar charger removed old hardware, cover lifts right off and place sticky foam on ac as explained by instructions. slip on new cover, replace solar unit and hardware and plug it back in..took me maybe 15-20 minutes. . I did not have to replace the ac seal between the unit and roof to replace the cover and this kit did not come with one....hope this helpsJohn H.
