Answer:	I have both the harbor freight ones and these. For everyday use, either will work. If you are jacking up 2 stories on a load barring wall like I did, these are much more stable and easier to use. Both have the same features, but the Jet's are much more solid. Good luck.

Answer:	same problem here. 20 ton. returned one, and new replacement does the same thing. over 100lbs of pressure and still no lower. must stand on... which is effing hard when in a crawlspace.. hard to remove from area jacked up also, because wont lower.

Answer:	Neighbor ... sounds like you are a newbie. We were all that, once. The handle fits over the operating valve and piston action depends on whether it is open or not. Twist clockwise to close and pump .... the piston goes up. Twist counterclockwise to open and the piston retracts .... if, there is sufficient weight on it or it has a spring to retract the piston. The large screw in the top is manually adjusted out or in. Please remember that this unit isn't reliable enough for you to get under the car after you have lifted it. Jack stands are needed and you must be certain that the car cannot move. That means emergency brake set and wheel chocks are needed. Sorry if I got too specific or described things you already knew. Just tryin' to be a good neighbor .... ron :-)

Answer:	As far as how much the jack weighs, I'm not quite sure. But I use this jack every day at work underneath Harley Davidson motorcycles that weight over 1000lbs. Never had a problem or second thought about it. K&L equipment is some of the best out there.

Answer:	If you look at the picture the top larger diameter tube extends past the triangular mounting bolt plate further than other jacks. I believe this means on a regular travel trailer's A tongue frame hitch depth you will see that the top tube penetrates both the top and bottom collar plate hole on the hitch. I needed to enlarge the bottom hole with a step reamer for clearance for this larger diameter.

Answer:	I'm not sure but our camper is 26' with a gross weight of 8200 lbs I used the 3500 lbs it seems to work fine.The only problem is the LED light will come on when it rains I called mfg they said they had a problem with the switch. They sent a new switch but it still has the same problem so I disconnected the light other than that it's great
Question:	does it come with ring terminal
Answer:	It's been so long since the installation, but I am pretty sure it did come ring terminal. The installation of jack took no more than 5 minutes and i spent about 45 minutes on wiring. Mine wires straight to trailer light connector and the jack works when i turn the truck lights on.
