Answer:	this jack has pre set vertical limits and they can vary but only by very minimum amounts,like 1/4 of a inch ! so its likely that the position jack is in when you receive it is likely the lowest position or a 1/4 of inch lower,hope this helps.

Answer:	The outside tube is 2 1/4", the inner tube is 2". The LENGTH from the flange to the bottom of the 2 1/4" tube is 6 3/4". Make sure you check both the diameter of your lower hole as well as the distance from the lower hole to the upper hole. In spot checking several RVs around here, most were between 4" and 6" in depth making this jack unusable.

Answer:	It has a one year limited warranty, but this unit is very powerful and is built very sturdy, you probably will never need it. I love this unit. I would rate it a 9 it would be a 10 if it supplied the new mounting bolts.
