Answer:	Just to expand slightly on prior answers, normally a residential service feed is 240 volts between the two incoming hot legs. There is also a neutral leg, which (hopefully) has zero potential with reference to ground. The voltage between either one of the hot legs and the neutral leg is 120 volts. The 120 volt circuits in your house are connected to one or the other of the two hot legs, and only one. An attempt is made to assign circuits to the two hot legs in a way that will roughly balance the load between them. The other side of a 120 volt circuit is connected to the neutral leg. There is additionally a safety ground run with the circuit, which also ties into the panel. Certain devices require more power (work product of current and voltage) than is practical to deliver using a 120 volt circuit. Common examples are your clothes dryer, and your electric stove. These devices are powered by both hot legs, with a difference in potential of 240 volts. This water heater is also such a device.STRONG BUT FRIENDLY WARNING: If you did not already know this, please don't make wiring this water heater your learning opportunity with electricity. Answer:	For any future purchasers, A1 is a VERY tight fit on a Fox body Mustang. As a previous commenter posted, the mirror pockets will not fit. Were I to order again, I'd get an A2. I'd rather it be a little big and be able to cinch it better with straps than to be under the stress at the corners like the A1 is.

Answer:	The cords are appx 1/2" in diameter. There is a short cord, maybe 2' long from the wall plug to the charging status box. The charging status box is appx 8" long x 2" high x 3" wide. I believe you could buy various lengths from the charging status box to the J1772 vehicle charging adapter. My cord is appx 20' long and 1/2"-2/3" in diameter.
